I successfully purchased several beautiful lights from this company in June 2022. In January 2023 I purchased several more. In late January, I received an email informing me that my order had been shipped. When nothing arrived, I emailed ‘customer service’ and was told that the warehouse in China had been having trouble but that my lamps would arrive soon. Five months later, nothing has arrived. Monthly, I’ve emailed the company demanding a refund, none of which have been answered. I have lost $170.00 Cdn.

I ordered 2 lamps in January 2023. Money was taken from my account. I asked for refunds at least once a month but no replies. It is now May 30 2023 and I never received anything and the website is shut down.

"Important for you to know"
Two of the three sensor Woodventure lights stopped working and I received a tracking number for a Chinese outfit (surprise) saying the replacement is waylaid somewhere. No answer from WV. I will contact the NYT whose ad first attracted me and give them a piece of my mind. Beware any internet advertiser that does not give explicit free replacement or cancellation terms after order.

Like everyone, I was scammed by this company. Ordered 3 lamps on Feb 20th. When they hadn't arrived by the end of March I asked for a refund as I was moving. They said it would come through in 7-10 business day, but a month later I am still waiting. They are not answering their customer service emails anymore and the website is down.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 torch lights in February. I received an update saying they shipped but they never were. I contacted the company several times with no response. Now the website is no longer available and there is no way to contact them. I’m out $150.

"Over $250 lost, never received"
I ordered 2 torches which were really great and I still use them.. BUT I ordered 4 more at over $250 AU in December 2022 and never received them… Order was WV#59103. I emailed their support email several times and never heard back.
It’s a lot of money and sounds like I’m not the only one. So disappointing - I hope I can still find a way to get a refund!

"Placed 2 orders in late February"
Placed 2 orders in late February. Got an email saying it was shipped and then nothing. Emailed several times and did get 1 response saying they were behind schedule and the warehouse was shut down for a month. Now when I try to call the number is not valid and the website says it is down. What a mistake!
