"This company is a fraud"

I was scammed. I placed an order on Jan 2nd. A couple of weeks later I got an email without any tracking information saying my product had shipped. When the lights never showed up, I emailed the company and got the "we are sorry, the product is out of stock because it is so popular. But we will have it back in stock and it will ship to you within 10 days" response. That was mid February...and still nothing. Now when I email them (they don't seem to have a customer service phone number) I get no response at all. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Total scam.

"Still haven’t received my product…"

I still haven’t received my product after two emails stating I haven’t received it - months after ordering the light. I was told it was shipped and still, more than one month later, have not received it.
I’ve asked for a refund and still haven’t heard back.

"Another Person Scammed"

Just like everyone else here it seems I was duped. Ordered two lamps 6 weeks ago. I emailed their support to get a status update and they said that their warehouse was closed and they were experiencing delays. I’ve emailed several times since and no response.

I ordered a wall sconce in early January, I have emailed twice and received the same answer, their warehouse was closed until the end of January. It is now mid-April and I have not received the product or a refund.
Save your money!

Similar to everyone else, this is a scam company. Ordered a product way back in Feb and still have not received it. Emails are not returned and their phones don't even work. I've submitted a dispute with my credit card company to refund my money.

It's a SCAM! I ordered in November, and I haven't received anything yet. They don't even reply to my emails!

Agreeing with all other reviews. This company is a scam. I ordered on November 25, 2022. Still have not received my product. I have emailed numerous times but have not received any information. I have requested a redit from my credit card company. Wood Venture responded to them and said a refund was not warranted. I have to escalate my claim. Do not order from this company.

This is a scam company. Ordered in January 2023. Confirmed ordered. No other contact apart from order number. Unable to trace order. Sent email. Response was warehouse closed until end January then my order would be despatched. Mid February still nothing. Tried to trace order on their webpage. Nothing. Chased again. Email response they are working on it. Nothing received and did not respond to my email chaser again. 130C$ lost to this scam company. Do not order from this company. Shameful.

I ordered a light on January 3rd and still have not received it. I reached out and got a generic response. I emailed them back and have not heard back two weeks later. No one has been helpful and now I have spent that money and received no product. Just go to amazon and by the same thing from a different company that will actually ship it.

I purchased two lamps from this company on January 17th and still haven't received them. I've sent multiple follows up by email and the website, and I have received no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will end up like me, having to request a refund from your credit card company because they never actually deliver the product.
