I wish all customers could see these reviews! I ordered a lamp after seeing one at a friends house (gorgeous and so cool) and never received it. I’ve messaged “Arianne” dozens of times and received the same copy and paste message each time about how it’s somewhere out there in the shipping chain but they can’t track it or even send proof it was shipped. I’ve been asking for a refund for weeks with no luck. Might follow what the other reviews say and take it to my credit card company. I wish this wasn’t a total scam because their product was so cute!
EDIT: the day after I posted this review they reached out and offered a refund in exchange for taking down my review.

I have sent several emails regarding this issue, but as per your request I shall send another one.
I bought 6 different lights from here. Two of them now fail to charge after two months of use.
Have followed up with customer support and am still waiting for a response. No reply to three emails. Very poor customer service which is a shame because the lights when they work are really great

I ordered two lights December 20. As like other purchasers I still have not received my items. I emailed there help line several times without any resolution. They did respond twice, but after that no further response has been received. I also tried calling the customer service number which doesn’t belong to Wood Venture, but to Angies. A law suit needs to be brought against Wood Venture.

"SCAM? Probably. Or at least questionable business practices...."
I ordered before for Christmas in November of 2022. When the product wasn't there by January I reached out and got a quick response about international shipping issues and to give it a coupe more weeks. I wait a full month and reached out again when it didn't show. Tracking stuck on processing and information sent to shipper. All my emails after this to the company have not been answered. STAY AWAY!!!
Update: I didn't miss any responses from this company, because emails don't go from being able to be seen to becoming junk when you reply to the original accepted email. They aren't there because people haven't responded.
Two, I wasn't credited back as requested. I disputed the charge with my CC company (because of no comms or product) and they are investigating and apply a credit during investigation. Which is on-going and initiated only days ago.
The follow up response here by the company isn't only misleading, it's deceptive. It's quite telling that they'd rather reply here, than to customers emails. Can anyone guess why?

"You won’t get your product...."
I purchased a lamp from them a month ago and it never arrived. I have sent emails with no response. I just threw $50 down the drain and I’m a poor student just looking for a light to help me study. I can’t afford to lose $50. I’m going to be contacting my credit card company to hopefully help me get this refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! I wish I’d read these reviews beforehand.
Their reply is BS. I didn’t even use this email address or name to purchase my product. There is no way they know who I am. I finally got a response yesterday saying their workshop was closed until 1/31 which was never said on their website or anything. I highly doubt I’ll ever receive my product and their reply isn’t true.

I ordered in 2020 and never got beyond being given a tracking number. Still $65 out of pocket! I've contacted customer services many times, so disregard their reply to this message. Tracking number said 'not found'. Lost on the slow boat from China by the looks of it. Someone is making a lot of money.

Do not order from this company ever!! I ordered lights last year and have never received them. I have contacted them many times, but they just say that they are having shipping problems. They will not refund my money either. Awful company!!!

As many people have mentioned. Everything about this company feels very scammy. I honestly wish I had read the reviews here prior to purchasing well…nothing. I’ve had pretty speedy communication with customer service with varying stories on why my order was taking so long, but that all stopped once I asked for my order to just be cancelled. They stopped responding to my emails to get a refund. It’s honestly very disappointing and I hope others read the review before purchasing to avoid this nightmare.

This company is a total scam. They charged my credit card and never sent the product. They are impossible to get in contact with and they send you a bogus tracking number. Do not order of use this company.
