Predatory social media vendor. Strict no refunds policy for "sale" items (all of which can be found for far less through many other vendors.)

"Do not buy"

Do not buy! This product looks good in pictures only. It feels cheap in hands. Extending and collapsing is not smooth. not only that, but WoodVenture site bates customers with promos on checkout, however if promo is taken it annuls return option. these are going to landfill. very sad.

"Compromised credit card details"

I went to order a wooden sensor light (which does look lovely) to put on our stairs. My credit card was declined by the bank while doing the payment. We later received a phone call from the bank saying our credit card details had been compromised and that our card will need to be cancelled. So now we have to notify numerous direct debits once we get the new card and we are without a credit card for the next week. I’d stay away from this company!!!!
