"Very frustrating experience"
I was looking for a portable light source, and, after a quick Google search, found one that I liked on the WoodVenture website & ordered it and one additional item. The order was placed on October 22nd.
I received a shipping notification 2 days later, and noticed that the items were shipping from China, which I wasn't anticipating. I noticed that, when following the tracking link to the shipping site (YunExpress), the status of the package was stuck on 'processing' for several days.
After 13 business days with no change (package still marked as 'processing'), I emailed WoodVenture and asked if this was typical, and when I could expect the products to arrive. Their customer service responded a couple of days later with boilerplate delivery times (which had all passed) and that they would try to get the items to me as soon as possible. They included that if I had additional questions to reply to that email.
Four more business days elapsed (making it a total of 17 business days since I received the shipping notification), and, since the shipping status had not changed (still marked as 'processing'), I reached out again to ask if it was now possible to cancel the order. It seemed clear to me that the products were not going to ship at all.
No response to this email. About a week later, I emailed again asking for them to cancel the order & refund me the full amount. No response to that email.
I have since followed up with two additional emails asking for a refund, and have not received any response. The last time I emailed was on November 30th, which was about 5 weeks since I placed the order.
Before writing this review, I checked the tracking information again, and it seems like there has been some movement with the shipping (shipped on December 2nd). I suppose that is a result of my many emails, but I am still incredibly frustrated at the lack of response, the overall time this order has been pending, and the lack of transparency about the fact that the items were shipping from China in the first place.
I cannot yet speak to the quality of the products, but I would avoid ordering from this company. I wish I had thought to check Trustpilot prior to ordering, because my experience does not seem unique with this company. I hope this information helps some other people who are considering purchasing from this company!

"Worst experience ever"
Where to begin? I ordered two lights on Nov 5 and was informed I would be notified when they shipped. After a week, I wrote to their support email and within a day was told that they would ship in 3 to 5 business days after the order, so I figured I’d wait a bit. After the 10th business day went by, I emailed support again. No response. I called their phone contact, which only ever and always says “All lines are busy. Goodbye.” I have emailed support two more times since and never receive a response (it has now been a month since I placed the order - order WV58387 by the way, in case any WoodVenture “support team” members are reading this). I made it clear in my email that I would appreciate a response to let me know if they were out of stock so I could cancel. Something, anything to inform me of what the delay is about. Nothing.
I have zero hope of ever receiving anything from this shady outfit. Some reviews here have noted very slow service, up to a few months. If the lights ever do arrive, I’ll be amazed. And I will never buy anything from this group again. Legitimate businesses do not provide such god awful customer service.

"Same story different victim"
Same story different victim. Payment received right away then crickets, I politely asked when I never received a confirmation on the order being sent (3 times). (called umpteen times) ANY PHONE NUMBER THEY HAVE DO NOT WORK!!! NO REPLY ON EMAILS!!! Cool looking stuff but a bunch of thieves there!!!!

"No goods delivered"
No goods delivered, no phone to call, no answer to emails for about 3 weeks. Lots of annoying emails from Zoe. I want a refund.
WoodVenture's reply to my email is nothing but window dressing. I've already written to this "support" address about 4 times to no avail.

I ordered a lamp november17th never have received shipping notice reached out 3 times tried calling total scam do not buy from this website I wish I would have seen these reviews before placing my order. My next step is to call my bank

"Order never arrived. It's a scam."
Ordered 6 rechargeable lamps in late October, but the items never arrived. Tracking info they sent never updated beyond October 25th, looks like items never shipped. Tried emailing and calling customer service, but no response to my multiple emails, and the phone numbers are disconnected and not working. Had to challenge the charge on my credit card to process a refund. This company is a scam.

Wood Venture responded to my previous comment below. As you will see they did to many people... have a received any feedback from emailing them as they request? NOPE. STILL A SCAM. Call your credit card companies people and report this fraud!

"STAY AWAY! Order never processed/shipped, no contact, order does not exist according to their website- no response for refund!"
I ordered on Nov. 6th 2022-- my banking statement shows I was charged the same day and I received a confirmation email from Woodventure the same day. Clicking on viewing "my order" button from my email pulls up my correct order and all my correct information on their website.
I've been busy with stuff and preparing to move so lost track of the fact its been awhile and there still isn't a package-- late Nov. 20th I looked back into it and realized they never sent me a follow up email (as both their website and previous email said they would once my order ships). So they had 2 weeks of business days and haven't even processed my small order of 4 items? I emailed daily (I sent a few at a time, after the first email so that they would not be over looked). Never got an answer. I went to their social media page and direct message them a few times a day; no response. I found two numbers (different numbers are posted on their facebook page and their website). The one does not connect. The website number rings once, my phone says the line in busy and it drops the call...everytime! I tried all day today, same deal.
When I couldn't contact them/get a response I dug further and on their website, there is a 'track my order' page, entering the order number they gave me turns up an "order not found". Hmmm, but I've been charged and received a confirmation email and order number? enough time has passed that it should have actually already arrived (the window their website gives is 5-14 business days, today is the 17th business day after my order was confirmed via email).
Their website claims community is important and customer satisfaction is their highest priority *eye roll*
Under their legal section they have a business email (again no response there when I reached out) and also the legal name of their company and address in Utah (in the U.S.) google maps shows this as a residential street, I only saw homes.
Last note that confirms their is a scam/sketchy; you also can't leave reviews on their website (and I have yet to be contacted via email to write a review, though I have received a survey email about my experience with woodventure *eyes roll so hard my head falls off*).
I believe this is a fraud of a company, don't order from them, I don't think you'll have any luck dealing with them directly. I just filed a dispute claim with my bank cause I'm not going to get anywhere with them (as I NEVER got any response from them in 3 days of reaching out in multiple ways). If you've ordered I encourage you to start that process. If you still want their products, apparently some stores or amazon has them, try that so you can get refunded (cause fun note, I believe I saw in their email if you want to return/exchange you have to pay to have it shipped to Germany!)

"Buyer Beware!"
I ordered 2 lights 2 months ago and have yet to receive them. As for a tracking # vie email and was given one and a link that showed they had not even been processed. Phone rings busy so you can't reach the company by phone. I have ask to cancell my order and get a refund and have yet to hear back. Feels very, very shady to me and I will never order from them again. Beware you have been warned!

"I ordered a product on October 31"
I ordered a product on October 31, 2022. As of November 18, 2022 it is still "in processing." Several attempts to contact company and they don't answer my question about getting updates or any kind of time of arrival estimate, or they don't respond. Certainly not impressed.
They responded to me here, so I sent them another email like they said I should do. Absolutely no reply and the items still have not shipped. Definitely a scam. DO NOT ORDER from these people.
