"This is the worst service I’ve ever received"

Ordered two motion sensitive night lights and the shipping took 6 weeks. The products do not work as advertised and just go on and off randomly. I sent videos to the company and tried to call the customer service number, which was never in service (just a busy signal). Their conclusion after seeing the video of the products flashing on and off in a dark room was that they were so motion sensitive that they could sense me standing perfectly. This apparently is how they are supposed to work?? Bad product and horrible service. They also lie on their site that they have 4 1/2 stars on Trustpilot. Don’t think so.

"Waste of money, customer service is poor"

Product (night stand phone charge & light) stopped working after 3.5 months. No responses to emails(yes, their support email that they provide) and the phone number only produces a busy signal. Expensive junk. Don’t buy.

Update: Still a terrible company. Sure enough, they actually answered my support email - but do you think they could follow through on sending a replacement product as promised? Not a chance. Contact person constantly needs to “check with a manager”, “check with another department”. It’s the most ineffective company structure. Stings of emails… to get nowhere. Don’t buy.

"Updating my Rating"

Update Dec. 31, 2022:

Lo and behold. My order *did* finally arrive. Updating my review to 3 stars. They are not a scam company, but maybe they can get a little better at their supply chain issues? Or explain to their customers that there will be a delay? The lights are super cute so there is that.

Like so many others here, I ordered in early November on the advice of a neighbor, and they were quick to process the credit card, but a month later I am still waiting. (Wish I had checked Trustpilot first). I sent an email to them, expressing my outrage and got this reply:

thank you for contacting WoodVenture™ support. My name is Arianne, and I am happy to assist you with your request.

I have looked into this order and it appears that it has shipped out 5-7 business days after it was placed in the system.
However, Due to cargo congestion from our international warehouse, there has been a delay with the delivery which affected the logistics, not just ours. but also with other international shipments.

Be assured that we are trying our best to speed up the delivery process and we assure you that you will receive your orders as we have committed.

We would like to sincerely thank you for your continuous support and understanding.

If you have any more questions, feel free to reply to this email at anytime.

"They are not shipping product"

I have enjoyed these products in the past, and have recommended them to friends. SO, I put a lot of clout in getting my Christmas gifts from this company. It has over a month, and my (9) items have not been shipped. The customer service numbers have been deactivated, and I am receiving no support or ETA. They continue to promise orders within three days on their site -- and they are sending me "last minute Christmas gift" promotions to my email as recently as Sunday 12/19.

Two weeks ago, they generated a shipping label - to get around their no-refund policy when an item is "shipped" - but tracking shows it has never left their China facility. This is the only detailed response I got from their customer service department.

" Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders that have already been shipped.

As you haven’t received your order yet, unfortunately, you will have to wait until it arrives.

We are currently working hard to improve our shipping times - however, we would like to kindly remind you of our refund policy which unfortunately does not allow refunds during shipping."

"Don’t buy!"

After waiting 3 weeks after I ordered, I checked the delivery date and the range had already passed and still hadn’t been shipped. I came across this website and realized I had made a mistake. Tried emailing customer support twice and didn’t hear back. They should have their website shut down

"It just gets worse"

I had left 2 other reviews but wow! They are gone!
Ordered in October I’ve sent emails to the customer service mail they provide for more than 40 consecutive days.
Today I got a message your items shipped. But when I put my info in it shows they are preparing them for shipment.
They are still taking orders on their website.
Company needs to be shut down!

"It's a scam"

Same as all the others. I ordered over $100 of products back in October, they charged me for them, it never arrived and they are ignoring all my emails. Woodventure, don't even dare responding to this review with your sympathy and telling me to contact you via email. You obviously just plan on ignoring me forever. Give me my money back!!!

"Absolute sham of a company"

Absolute sham of a company. Made a purchase on 11/06. It never shipped. I reached out on 11/16, and was told it should ship any day. It never did. Reached out again to follow up on 11/27 and again on 12/2. It’s now 12/6, a month after my purchase, and no one has responded to my prior two emails. My order has still not shipped.

They’re working hard to delete negative comments on their Instagram of course. And telling people here to reach out to their support but they are ignoring emails so what’s the point? What a joke.

"This company is a scam"

I’m writing this review so someone else looking to shop from this website will see all these reviews and be warned about this company. This is a scam. They take your money and they do not send the product, they’re thieves. I’ve purchased a lamp on 11/18/22, no shipment notice no delivery, I’ve written to their customer service several times. Their customer service phone numbers are all disconnected.
