"Thieves…"

I ordered a light almost 1 month ago. There has been no update on shipping. It’s been stuck in processing. I’ve emailed support twice over the last couple weeks, and have yet to receive a response. I’m convinced this company just stole my money.

If I could give this company a negative star review it would be -10 stars. Never have I dealt with such a dishonest retailer online. I have received notifications of shipment ... never shipped. I have received promises from the company that were never real. And now I have to fight to get a refund because they claim they refunded but strangely their records indicate an "error" in the card number although I have my card statement showing the charge. Save yourself the agony regardless of how nice they look or what the promised price is ... this company is a total fraud.

At WoodVenture, the furnishings and lighting fixtures simply stole my heart. They offer flawless quality, and I'm happy to be a customer. Actually recommended!

"Poor product; worse customer service"

I received a foldable lamp as a gift. After 6 months, the charge lasted about 15 minutes. There is no phone customer service, so I emailed. Arianne suggested I plug it into a wall socket to charge (I replied that I was already doing that) and then asked me to video the problem. I explained that even if I video'd it for 15 minutes, it would never send. I never heard back from them, which after reading all the other angry reviews, I'm not surprised. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I wish I read these reviews before ordering! Took two months to be delivered. I moved in the interim and was not forwarded to my new address that was set up with the post office. Why you may ask? Because they use a discount carrier that does not cover forwarding addresses. Who has ever heard of that before?

"Wow this is a scam"

Wow this is a scam , the phone numbers are fake there is no customer service and I have apparently just been scammed out of $130.00.

"Beware. My order never arrived."

I placed an order for several pieces at the end of November 2022. I wrote to the company two times by mid-December as the product had not arrived. I was reassured each time that the product was on the way - though no tracking information was ever provided - even when I asked for it. It is now January 4, I have not received the order and Arianne at "support@woodventure" has stopped responding to my emails. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Seems this company is more fraud than product.

"If you have time and money to spare… go for it"

The product I received (smart LED torch) was way too expensive for what they offered me: a product that barely sheds any light, shipped from china (took 6 weeks to arrive), that uses double tape (which won’t stick), bad customer service and no returns, and that 1/6 didn’t work.
It’s small, way smaller than imagined, but at least it’s cute looking.

Edit: the company says “write us. We will make it right”

I wrote them RIGHT AWAY when I received the product. Then after on Instagram. They wasted my time making send them several videos, but NEVER gave me a solution.

Ordered Christmas gift’s November 2022. One month later. Never arrived. Chinese tracking site does not work. Customer service nonexistent. Won’t respond. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.

"Total Scam"

Ordered Nov. 30...being "processed" since Dec. 7. Have received the same emails from Arianne who is probably not real. Contacted several times asking for product or refund. Lesson learned: only order from known companies. May have been legit at one time, but no more.

UPDATE: Woodventure refunded my purchase on February 17, 2023.
