It's a scam. Don't be fooled by the fake "good reviews". Don't buy anything from them. You'll never get what you order, and even if you do, the product is pure garbage.

I placed an order and did not receive it more than 30 days later. Not impressed.

"Buyer BEWARE - very cheaply made, forever to get your light"

If you read all the older reviews--they are obviously not real people. The items take FOREVER to get to you. They come shipped from China, need to clear customs and get transferred to USPS. They are so cheaply made, the USB port was totally loose inside the light, and they didn't want to refund me--offered only replacement--but they're on backorder! The other light that will actually charge only stays lit for a short time. Total crap. And also NOT bright at all.
They also delete any negative comments on their IG site. Buyer beware--marketing is good--product is not. Notice they never address anyone who has a negative comment? I think they write their own good reviews.

"Not What I Expected"

They do a great job as far as marketing goes I will give them that. The light I purchased was the Smart Sensor Circle which in photos looked like exactly what I was looking for. Considering it was a $50 piece I assumed it was of decent quality - NEVER assume. Very cheap in quality and gives off little to no light. You can buy one that is similar at almost any other bigbox store for a fraction of the cost. That and you won't have to wait 3 weeks to receive it.

"Never arrived. No support."

I ordered 2 lights on Sept 5th. It is now October 15th and I have not received my goods. I have been trying to resolve an issue with their local delivery service with no success.
Wood venture have been relatively quick to respond but not able or prepared to resolve the issue.

"80% satisfied"

I purchased two products of Smart LED Torches, and it is a good product regarding the design; however, the motion and light sensors are not very sensitive unless it is totally dark. e.g., it can hardly be lightened on when there is little ambience light at 6pm

"Money back guarantee - strings attached"

They list a 14 day money back garenteed but everything is “marked down” so you are unable to return items. I didn’t know this at the time as it is not clearly stated, just a graphic.

By the photos, we thought items were larger and more bright. Having gotten it, this was not the case. We reached out for a refund and they were completely unhelpful and offered 25% back. When I said that was silly they said I could send back 5/10 items for a refund but that they would not send the return label.

It all just seemed a bit off. I ended up keeping the product and will sell it on my own, but I would advise to not even bother. I know the items look beautiful but it’s just not worth the headache if it isn’t correct.

"False advertising & no returns"

As others mention: predatory social media vendor. Items are always on sale, but the sale annuls any returns. Furthermore, to return items you need to spend a lot of money to ship to Germany, despite the products being supposedly ‘Designed with love in the USA’.

Too make matters worse, the products are falsely advertised. The alarm clock pen holder with the digital clock is advertised as being battery operated, but the battery it drains fresh new sets of AAA batteries in ONE DAY, forcing use to use the USB cord (which doesn’t have an AC adapter). That ruins the entire look of the unit.

The Smart LED torches are pictured next to persons walking by it, and the length of the torch looks like the length of one’s lower leg in all these pictures. In reality, the torch isn’t even as long as *half* even a short (5’3”) person’s leg.

I suppose I’m at the mercy of my credit card company at this point for a refund.
