"Don't waste your money"

Don't waste your money. $40 for 2 wooden torch lights. the lights are very weak, only good enough to walk with in the dark, not strong enough to illuminate a closet though. Also, the torch is supposed to attach to a magnetized base which you hang on the wall. the magnets are weak and not strong enough to hold the torch in place. Also the adhesive on the back of the base does not stick to the wall for long. A total waste of $$.

"WoodVenture won't replace faulty product"

Product is faulty and WoodVenture will not provide a full refund and will not pay for return postage of the faulty product.
Consumer is expected to pay for return postage to Germany.

"Worst customer service experience"

Worst customer service experience. I bought two LED handsfree torches and one of them stopped working/charging after about a month. When I contacted support, they wanted videos of my item and after I sent it, the rep said I was charging with a cord that wasn't from them. I charged the other torch fine with the same cord. Yet, I am told, there is no warranty since I didn't charge with the cord they gave me. Such a crock and rip off. The charge doesn't last long and I only use this as a means to get around when it's dark so I rarely even used it. Very disappointed with these people. Such a scam. They are just trying to move product and don't take any responsibility for their cheaply made products.

We just received our 2 tiny touches. It took a far while to receive them, at least a few months, I had thought that I was not going to receive them by this stage and then they arrived in the mail yesterday.
The quality is impeccable, but the size is tiny, I did not realise that they would not even be as long as the palm of my hand,I am a woman so my hand it not huge. I just notices as I got on the site that the picture of the touch was held out in front of something that was a long way away, giving no real indication of the size of the product. I love it but will have to use it differently, the length was 18cm. Not sure if the measurement was on the product and I missed it. Seeing true size comparison would have been good.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY MISREPRESENT THE LENGTH OF THE CHARGE AND HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Please note: on the side of the pacjaking it reads: "Up to six months of usage without charging." This is a complete lie and misrepresentation.

I ordered three Smart 360 lights to illuminate some paintings.

After charging them and "installing" them on a 9 foot ceiling, I noticed that they were dim within 30 minutes and shortly after that completely out. I fully charged them again and the same outcome.

I wrote the company with the issue and "Jules" wrote back with instructions and the true usage. S/He said, "The lamp may last up to 15hrs only when used at its lowest brightness setting. Meanwhile, it could last up to 2.5hrs at its highest.
This is a maximum and not a standard number of hours.
That is why we have used the words "up to" in our product description."
Completely different from what they claim to get you to buy them. They would not accept a return for a refund because the lights had been delivered while I was away, 28 days ago.
