Kein wirklicher Rechtsbeistand. Keine Empfehlung wie man sich verhalten sollte. Antworten bekommt man erst nach etlichen Wochen in Form von vorgefertigten Standardmails. Sollte ich nochmal Unterstützung benötigen, werde ich mich an einen richtigen Rechtsanwalt wenden.

Die Fluggesellschaften (hier: Eurowings) sitzen es aus, klagen ist zeit- und kostenaufwändig, die Onlinedienste finde ich zu teuer. Die Schlichtung ist der mit Abstand beste Weg. In meinem Fall 100 % Erfolg.

After my flight was cancelled and Lufthansa refused to provide compensation I contacted Schlichtungsstelle Reise & Verkehr e.V., who proceeded with my claim and we received all compensation due within a few weeks.
I then had to contact them once more as Lufthansa were refusing to even acknowledge the fact they were due to refund our out of pocket expenses due to the cancelled flight and again this was progressed and we received our reimbursement

Eine meiner besten Entscheidungen im November 2024 war mein Anliegen bei Schlichtung Reise und Verkehr einzureichen, nachdem die Airline meinen Anspruch nach einer Flugverspätung und dadurch verpasstem Anschlussflug nicht anerkennen wollte. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit bekam ich die Mitteilung, das ich meinen geforderten Betrag von der Airline bekomme. Und das Beste: Schlichtung Reise und Verkehr hat mich nichts gekostet!!! Ich kann nur 1.000 mal DANKE sagen!!!!!!! Macht weiter so!!!!

Very impressed with the excellent service and mediation of Schlichtung Reise Und Verkehr. Don't even bother with Lufthansa, they're the worst company when it comes to customer service that I have ever encountered. Five months of empty promises and stonewalling. Yet this company got them to pay up within 3 weeks. Wow.

I had a 24hrs delayed flight case with Lufthansa. When I appealed to Lufthansa for compensation they gave contradictory answers and eventually refused to pay. I submitted the case to SOP and one month after got a notification that after their appeal Lufthansa agreed to pay the full amount. The application to SOP was easy and they managed to solve the case very fast. Would recommend to everyone to use their services and don’t trust in particular Lufthansa

After fighting with Lufthansa for 4 months about their deplorable service, delays, lost connections, multiple rebookings and cancellations, lost vacation days, lost baggage (which was sent to us at home weeks after we returned from the trip), extremely long waiting lines at FRA, having dumped us on Cyprus, and much more, I was recommended to contact Schlichtungsstelle Reise & Verkehr. They solved it all and made Lufthansa compensate us with the legal amount as well as reimburse us for the incurred expenses. Highly recommended!

Nachdem ich lange vergeblich versuchte mit Travelstart überhaupt in Kontakt zu kommen, die überhaupt nicht auf Anfragen reagierten und auch die Verbrauchezentrale sich nicht zuständig erklärte, mir aber den Tip gab mich an Sie zu wenden, wurde mir endlich kompetent geholfen.
