the service from start to finish was 5 star as a member of the car club i was contacted regarding my service and Mot my car was booked in and collected on the arranged date. Caroline wright and her team did a first class job i would recommend pentagon ford Warrington for the 5 star service.

I took my car to Pentagon Barnsley in early September for a service and a factory recall update. Afterward, the car wouldn't shift gears properly and had to be towed back via RAC. While Peugeot provided a hire vehicle, the wait for a gearbox replacement was an unacceptable three months! I understand they were waiting on parts from France, but this delay reflects poorly on efficiency. When I finally collected the car, it hadn’t even been valeted. That said, the staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout.

It’s always easy to complain when things go wrong, we all do it. It’s always good to give a positive, when it due as well. From Rochdale Dacia (Alan Robinson) my experience of buying a new car was, for once a positive experience. No push selling or salesman tactics. Alan was professional from day 1 to picking up the car. All questions answered and a great experience.

I had fantastic service from Sami from the moment I arrived throughout the service process.
The customer care I received from Sami was exceptional. She was very welcoming ,friendly, bubbly and professional.

Sami dealt with my fleet manager with all the work needing undertaken and kept both of us in the loop.

Most impressive was when she went above and beyond for me when collecting my car.
I couldn’t get a taxi quick enough to collect my car before closing time but when Sami knew I needed the car to pick up my children from nursery she waited 20 mins after her own finishing time to help me because that’s the excellent level of service she delivers.

She has left a fantastic impression on me and made dealing with Pentagon Huddersfield a service level I have not experienced from Any other car dealership in last 30 years.

As an Area sales manager I have had many different car brands and used many many different dealerships and with very high annual mileage it involves numerous services, repairs, breakdowns so I am in a good position to judge.

"Terrible service from Pentagon"

Terrible service from Pentagon. Raised a warranty complaint directly with the garage which wasn't rectified. Approached Customer Services and official complaints channel several months ago and to date, despite chasing them on several occasions and being assured I would receive a response, I've not even had the common courtesy of an email or call. Been told its with 'the management team', a seemingly faceless bunch who appear to not want to stick their heads above the parapet. Absolutely shocked with the lack of any response and that a company the size of Pentagon have apparently just buried their collective heads in the sand.
