"Very impressed with Garden Furniture…"

Very impressed with Garden Furniture World. I hadn't come across the company before but they had in stock two stools that were practically impossible to get elsewhere. I needn't have worried. The communication was excellent and the stools delivered in 2 days! (it said 10-15 on time of ordering). Delighted with my purchase and highly recommend Garden Furniture World.

I recently purchased a new? kettle from this company via Amazon. When it arrived it was not new and had obviously been well used. It was dirty inside and out. Needless to say it is being returned.

Excellent customer service. I ordered a garden furniture set which arrived promptly. Great communication being kept up to date with the delivery. One chair had a fault, I reported it on the Monday afternoon and had a replacement chair on the Wednesday. The people I spoke to were polite, friendly and very helpful. I would highly reccomend this company. The garden set was also priced very competivitely.

Ordered Denby crockery, 12 items in total. Excellent price. Qualified for free delivery, and the package arrived promptly. Every item very carefully wrapped and intact. Overall deeply impressed and would highly recommend. You have the impression that great care is being taken to offer a very good service.

I cannot be too complimentary about the service that I received from Dawson’s.
I was buying £250 of crockery.
Firstly I needed to find out details of one item on the website.
Straight through to a human, without the obligatory 20 minute wait while a recording tells you how important your call is,
Direct and accurate answer.
Ordered online, and arrived within 2 days.
Reported breakage and replacements arrived the very next day.
Fantastic service- the only company whose service compares in my experience is Amazon.
Incidentally, we are delighted with the crockery!!

"Absolutely superb service"

Absolutely superb service. Ordered a set of garden furniture last week 28th Feb 21 which was advertised as ready for delivery early April. Within 2 days the furniture had been dispatched and was delivered by Palletways within 7 days. Excellent communication throughout and everything arrived in perfect condition. Would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

"Bought one denby chrysanthemum dinner…"

Bought one denby chrysanthemum dinner plate as last one on stock, on arrival all looked fine until I used it for the first time, it was bowed on the underside causing it to rock back and forth, making it totally unusable. I messaged the company, they acknowledged the message but totally no response what so ever !
Only about 5 days later asking me to review their company ! Not good quality control or customer service .

Recently bought a kettle & toaster, never used Dawson's before but wouldn't hesitate to use again. We were pleased with our purchases, top marks for the way they were wrapped they certainly weren't going to get damaged in transit and the carrier DPD (Gurwinder) delivered at the stated time :)
