I ordered a dinner plates set from e cookshop.
It was the cheapest place online to get Denby crockery.
Was delivered within a few days. Unfortunately two of the plates came smashed, but I rang up about this and Eleanor and Louise in customer service were very helpful and sent me two new ones straight away.

"Unfriendly Staff."
I telephoned today to enquire about my kitchenaid order. The woman on the end of the phone sounded utterly bored by being at work and was unfriendly. She reminded me they had 7-10 days for delivery. After reading the reviews on here I feel a little worried it may not materialise or will arrive in a damaged box! Surely it's normal to process an order when it is placed or shortly after. I placed this on Saturday and would have hoped by Tuesday afternoon it would have started being processed. I really hope it arrives!!

"Smelt fustie!"
I ordered Christie towels to the value of £99. The towels are lovely of course as that is why Christie’s are well renowned.
However the towels delivered smelled damp and fustie. They’ve clearly been poorly stored. It isn’t good buying quality merchandise that is delivered in a bad way.

I ordered 3 items for my husband for Christmas. 2 of the items were fragile and one was a chopping board but they all came very well wrapped with tons of bubble wrap and in a box.
Delivery was very quick and I was notified of dispatch and delivery date.
Couldn't want any more from a company than that!

Ordered a Pan that was on Sale and my order wasn't fulfilled stating that the product was out of stock, however, I found it still available on their website with a few bucks more. I prefer companies that honor their prices and when not possible to be honest with their reasons.

"Great customer service following a damaged delivery"
I ordered a 57 cm Weber for a great price from Dawson. The box arrived undamaged but after opening the box I discovered the main bowl was damaged. I emailed Dawson and Julie was really helpful and great at responding to emails. They contacted weber on my behalf and dealt with the replacement. It took a little while for weber to send out a new main bowl due to COVID-19, but Julie was great at chasing them for me. The main bowl arrived, and I am now looking forward to using the weber! Thank you, Dawson, I would recommend and will be using again.

Bought a few plates and bowls to up the quants on my already bought dinner set. 1 bowl was damaged when it arrived and I sent an e Mail and within 2/3 days a replacement was dispatched. No hassle good old fashioned customer care.
