"Great price, delivered on time"

Orderd a Sage Smart Grind (at a fabulous price) and it was delivered within the stated time frame by DPD, given the back holiday.

I did contact customer service to confirm delivery schedule... they replied proptly, although weren't any more specific than the website's stated 5-7 working days. Would be nice if delivery time could be shorter, but no complaints as this was clear upfront.

"Denby dish"

Ordered a Denby dish which was very reasonably priced and quickly dispatched. The item arrived, within 48 hours, as described. Very happy and would use again.

"Don't be fooled by promotions"

Ordered a sage barista machine in the black Friday sales, should have come with 6 coffee mugs but delivered without, when. Contacting them they said offer had expired, and would not send it despite the fact I ordered it during the sale had images to show promotion was on, pretty much told they will not honour the promotion

Great company, lovely customer service team! My baking set arrived with one of the bowls smashed (DPD's doing, as per cocking things up). I spoke to a lady who sorted me out right away and sent me a replacement to arrive the next day! 10/10!

I ordered a big set of plates through the department store. The delivery was prompt and efficient. And when I found a problem with one item on the order, I contacted customer services. Again the response from them was prompt and they very helpfully sent out a replacement, no quibbles. I am very satisfied with Dawsons and most definitely will be shopping from there again.

I ordered a dinnerware set for my daughter for Christmas on Friday evening (30/11/18) and noticed on their website that if there were likely to be any problem about being in for delivery please give them a call. As I would be in and out quite a bit the following week I called on Saturday and asked if it was possible to know which day it would be delivered so I could arrange for someone to take the parcel if I wasn't here. I said I was usually in on Tuesdays and was happy to wait until 11 December as Tuesday 4 December was probably a bit soon, but the lady said they would send the parcel on Monday for me to receive it on 4 December to make sure I had it. I never thought it would be that easy, sooo helpful. Thank you Dawsons.

Purchased an item, which only a few days later was reduced, and unlike other retailers, they were unprepared to do anything on the price. The response I received from their customer service was very patronising. Only buy from them if you are very sure, otherwise buy elsewhere.

ordered my coffee machine and paid for a Saturday delivery, contacted them on the Wednesday before as I had no confirmation about the delivery, they stated it would be delivered Saturday. it did not turn up. I contacted them via email Saturday night requesting a refund of the delivery charge as it had not been delivered and asking when it would be delivered. Monday - no response from Dawsons but an email from DPD, it would be delivered between 12.33 and 13.33, goods not delivered. On returning from a hospital appointment(reason for the Saturday delivery) a card had been posted, tried to deliver at 2.30 will try again tomorrow. Emailed Dawsons again still no response. Customer service is hopeless.

Purchased item on 9/11/18, item arrived on 14/11/18. Full tracking and text alerts with DPD. Purchased items at a VERY reasonable price, infact the best price available online. Will absolutely use Dawsons again! No issues what so ever!
BTW I purchased Morris & Co duvet sets & Pillow cases - they were beautiful!

"Hartman garden furniture"

I ordered a Hartman aluminium garden table and chairs. The website was very easy to order from. I purchased it on Sunday evening and it was delivered by a very helpful man at Knights of Old from Luton on the Wednesday afternoon.
The furniture is exactly what I wanted and great quality. I couldn't have asked for more. Thanks!
