2 orders in 6 weeks: Loved my first purchase (shoulder bag) and then decided on a Crossbody. Contacted CS to ask status of 2nd order. It was discovered that the shipper lost the item. My LG contact Daniella got things moving in the right direction for me and then expedited shipping and no extra cost to me. I will always pay up for good customer service. A job well done (and I like the newest bag, too)!

"Wrong email"
I bought a gift card, which is emailed to you, but in a rush put my email address in incorrectly. I sent an email explaining what had happened (around 7pm) and gave my correct email (it was hotmail that was spelt incorrectly so they knew it hadn’t gone to someone else) and I got a reply first thing in the morning saying it had all been sorted. They didn’t ask for any additional information or screenshots or proof of purchase, it was all done from the first email and I had my email with my gift card in already waiting in my inbox. Super fast reply, Daniella was friendly and she sorted my concern, it was really easy to do without any additional back and forth and I didn’t feel stupid.
Thank you for fixing my mistake so quickly and efficiently.

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER"
I have contacted Lulu Guiness customercare on numerous occasions, I have also contacted via other media avenues. They have never replied. The umbrella I received as a present broke on first use. I have provided copy of invoice, photo of item and was with in 12 months but nothing. Terrible company only care about the sale, and completely ignore you after they have your money. I will never buy from them and would advise you not to.
In answer to the auto reply I have received from Lulu Guinness. I have contacted with all the relevant information on numerous occasions. I guess they have proved my point about their customer care being abysmal.

I have emailed customer care on 6 occasions, I have never had and kind of answer from your quality team. So asking me to email again really is not of any help, because in the 3 months I have tried to resolve this issue I have got absolutely no where.

Very disappointed with the customer service l have received, after buying several items l asked if l could buy a purse box as mine got damaged and was told no, l mean l said l'm happy to pay for it but no. So shall not bother to purchase anything else. Update, thanks for the reply, l already emailed and was told no, so if you can be bothered you will be able to see just how many items l have bought from you directly online, so you want to see a picture of a box ? Really,? So you can replace it after being told you can't??

The customers service is simply terrible.
The tone is very friendly but they copy paste generic answers to very specific questions.
I've asked for clarification due to a typo in website, complete disregard my query.
I purchased from them a second time and got some socks. Brand new from packaging I noticed they had a hole where the heel joined with the body. Poor quality control indeed, I contacted them.
They insisted I send back the pair of socks (£6) – rather than send me a full refund and let me keep the faulty socks as a point of good will – they're rather waste postage and have the faulty socks back which will end up in the bin to make a point. Very inconsiderate company. I've unsubscribed and will never buy from LG again.
