Ian Ryan our salesman was extremely helpful, the warehouse staff were friendly when booking delivery and the delivery guys were great too, tidying up and wearing shoe covers. We have just purchased our sofa from here with Steven Corns. We visited twice and spoke with Steven both times. On our first visit Steven was so helpful but we did not feel any pressure to buy like you sometimes do in furniture shops. He explained all our options and then allowed us to continue browsing. When we returned Steven was great and even found us a more suitable foot rest and pushed it across the shop so we could see it with the sofa! Thank you very much Steven we are so excited for our new sofa :)

The ambience of the store is lovely. You can look around at ease with no pressurised sales people following you as they are visual and let you know they are there if you need them.Danny Balcerzak was amazing and helpful in an unobtrusive way. He helped us make an informed choice and told us exactly what to expect in our purchasing journey. Can't recommend him enough.

Danny Balcerzak (salesperson)is a very approachable, pleasant and knowledgeable young man. He invited us to be sure of our requirements and encouraged us to sit in the lounge chairs and couches so we were happy with our choice. He was able to tell us what variations were available which assisted us in our decision.
We were happy with the DEAL we negotiated.
Danny makes a decent cup of coffee too.
What started out as a look around for ideas to possibly change our furniture ended with us purchasing new and Danny was instrumental in our decision. DOORWAY TO VALUE IS WHAT IT SAYS ON THE WALL.
