"Very helpful team of people"

Very helpful team of people. I had an issue with a single cracked tile. After calling them they helped me find a very similar tile and cut it to the same size which was not standard. This was all within the hour after calling. Very polite, helpful and good knowledge for their trade.

Paid around £25 for 3 sample tiles. They wouldn't take them back and refund me because i took the tiles back too late, even though i spent over £900 with them....their policy apparently. They might have a flair for tiles but they've not got much business flair! I won't be going back.

I am so happy with my new look created by Tileflair! I wasn’t sure what I really wanted but Riann was generous with his time to talk me through the different styles available and grouts available to enhance the look. I didn’t even know there were so many options available. I would definitely recommend again, especially if you are a bit nervous like I was.

Having recently come to the end of our ensuite upgrade I can honestly say I'm not sure where we would be without all the help and technical support from every member of the Gloucester Team.

Towards the end of the 6 week project we got to know them all by their first name from the manager down. Everyone was always polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and their technical knowledge was very reassuring when we needed it. Well done Paul, Callum, Chris and the rest of his team!
