"Don’t waste your time."

I have been searching high and low for a good value shed and saw a great product on Garden Oasis. I saw a review which said someone had waited 4 weeks for their order to then be told it was out of stock and it was cancelled. I gave the benefit of the doubt and thought I would go ahead with the purchase which gave an estimated delivery of 3-5 weeks. 3 weeks went by without an update so I thought I would send an email to ask for an expected delivery date. I received an email back saying it would actually be 8 weeks and then the next day, conveniently, there was an issue at the warehouse and the stock had been damaged beyond repair so I wouldn’t be receiving my order. Absolute waste of time. Do not buy from this company.

"Excellent Service"

We have placed a few orders with Garden Oasis online and received excellent service.
Unfortunately, one of the plastic tops from a post we had ordered was broken when we unwrapped the post.
I contacted Garden Oasis this morning and they have already got a replacement in the post on its way to me.

"Poor poor customer service."

Placed order for greenhouse only to be told 3 days later it had been priced wrong and my order was cancelled. Not even offered a good will gesture discount. I would have purchased if offered even 10%off. Anyway bought from WICKES now - much cheaper.

"Garden Gate"

Delighted with our garden gate. Despite COVID delays it still arrived within 5 weeks. It is well built, sturdy and not difficult to fit. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend Garden Oasis.

"Faulty product and poor customer service"

I bought garden gazebo Milano 3000. It cost with installation £1500. Within few months of the installation the roof started gathering water in the middle and started sagging. The product was clearly faulty but gardenoasis attempted to blame this issue on us despite no evidence. They refused to take responsibility for the faulty product despite sending them evidence and instead blamed us. I would recommend you avoid this company if you don’t want to face an expensive mistake, spend fruitless hours trying to get a resolution and be out of pocket nonetheless.

"Goods Damaged on Arrival."

Bought a garden bench for around £300.
Arrived promptly however not wrapped or protected in the box. The bag which should have contained the bolts was torn and the bolts we loose in the box. The box was torn and three bolts were missing. The bench was scratched where it was not protected.
Customer services would not take calls regarding recieved orders. Emails take over 5 days to be replied to.
When finally contact by customer services a lady called Laura was very helpful and did offer a replacement or refund.

"Excellent customer service"

I searched online for a hardtop gazebo for a while and the one I found on Garden Oasis was well priced. It was delivered promptly and when built I was really pleased with it, it’s very good quality. However, there weren’t enough curtain rings in the package. I contacted customer service and Kelly replied apologising and said that she would get more sent out from the manufacturer. It turned out that they didn’t have them in stock but Kelly kept me informed about the situation and persevered with the manufacturer until she could get them for me. I highly recommend Garden Oasis for price, quality and excellent customer service.

"Avoid this company like the plague"

Avoid this company like the plague! I purchased a shed from them which at the time they said was in stock, they even emailed me directly from the manufacturer the next day to confirm that the shed would be delivered within the stated 2 weeks. The day before they messaged me to say it was out of stock! At this point they offered me a different shed because the one I’d ordered was now not available. I accepted the alternative. Sometime around 4 weeks later a shed arrived. It had over 70 missing pieces. Both garden oasis and Palram were extremely difficult to communicate with and get responses from. I was lied to over and over again. Promises made that weren’t delivered. It took 3 weeks to get all the missing pieces finally delivered so I could finish my shed. They even sent me an empty Jiffy bag at one point, I was convinced someone was deliberately trying to wind me up. I requested that they consider some kind of good will gesture for my experience and they literally ignored my request by responding and asking me to close the PayPal case against them. I don’t think they even apologised for their utter incompetence. Don’t waste your money with these jokers.

"A decent company"

I'm sad to be writing this review. I tried to get my issue resolved but I'm still waiting for a resolution. 13 days ago I discovered that the wood that had turned up for my flat packed shed was badly sun-damaged, rotting and had scuff marks on it. I made a complaint immediately to Garden Oasis but they keep telling me they are waiting to hear back from "Forest Garden". That's literally all I keep being told. But it's been nearly 2 weeks and I don't think a company should keep a customer waiting to resolve such an issue. Usually when you make a complaint you get an instant offer of either a replacement, refund or compensation. So far I've been offered nothing - just keep being told they are waiting to hear back from the manufacturer. I will post back on here with updates as this rumbles on.

UPDATE:
I have changed my 1 star review to a 5 star review. After much back and fourth I have received adequate compensation for the problem I have had and I feel differently about Garden Oasis from this experience.

It's good to know that a company will put things right. It took a little while but we got there in the end, so you can purchase from this company knowing that if things do go wrong you will have your problem resolved.

Thank you to Karen who persisted with me and helped me get the outcome I was hoping for.
