Our onboarding manager, Michaela Janssen was proactive and uncomplicated to help set things up. She thought about what is relevant for us as a business and made the whole onboarding process really easy.

We bought LF to compliment our marketing activity. On the face of it LF is a simple product however when used in conjunciton with a well thought through sales and marketing strategy it can be a valuable lead generation tool. We can now validate that our marketing is attracting the clients we want to our site, know when they visited, understand what got them there and what they looked at. Jordan King was excellent in supporting us to ensure our sales process was geared up to react in a way that can make the most of the product

Rushed into a long term deal due to quite pusshy agressive sales technique. Quickly relaised the promise of direct visitors was simply not the case and a generic company visit meant we had to put alot of guesswork into finding a relevant contact that has nothing to do with the actual person visiting. Tried to negotiate a termination but i've "signed up" and that's that. A very expensive lesson that I'm still paying for costing me thousands to run down with zero benefit to me. I would urge extreme caution with the forceful and convincing sales patter. Could kick myself but if you want to know a generic visitors domain this may be for you.

My current account manager Lauren Goodenough is absolutely amazing and I will miss her when she goes off for maternity leave. We've had a few account managers over the years but she is by far the best, I love her action lists and proactive approach she takes with our account.
