Another fantastic success story for Lead Forensics:
Due to it being operational on our site, we managed to notify our sales team when a key prospect was scouting our services. Within a few minutes, we managed to reach out and pitch a new product we had been working on.
2 months later we have just closed that customer and it's one of the largest contracts we have ever won.
LF, once again, has proven invaluable. The training Sam provided at the start of the journey put us in great shape to reach out to these guys and smash it.
I’ll be recommending LF again to a few different businesses with this as an example of how powerful this software is when used properly.

We had joined LF due to a refresh of personnel in the Marketing team and having previously worked with the company many years ago. Whilst we had a very bumpy start at the beginning, this was quickly rectified and we were assigned a passionate and attentive account manager.
Sophie W took on all of the information that we provided, learned about our inner workings and tailored her approach to us to ensure that we had the best outcome when using the software. We've not only seen an uplift in leads, but we have also improved internal employee engagement with the Marketing department. This has been solely down to Sophie's enthusiastic nature and persistence to solve any problem that we threw at her. She is not only an asset to the team, she is an asset to the company as a whole.

Was intrigued by the free trial period. It became clear once we delved into the resulting data that only large companies (over 100 employees) were represented and that only generic, role-based company contacts were available for additional purchase. This could be useful for some people, but not for those who have anti cold-call policies. Thomas Hofmann, our sales representative, was very helpful and very attentive until we decided that we wouldn't be purchasing the product. He became insulting, rude, and quite pushy and that's reason for zero stars. I would not recommend working with this company in any fashion.
