"I made an order on 12 November"

I made an order on 12 November, got an email that it was delivered on 17 November in a 'safe place' by Couriesplease. Contacted the couries and when provided a photo as a 'proof' it was clearly not my address nor my door. It has been two weeks and I still have not received it or any updates with the couries. Then contacted catch.com yesterday and was told that the item has been delivered. I told that it was delivered in a wrong address and I have proof. I was told I would be contacted within 24 hours. I have not. Very frustrating and now I will be spending even more time with both the couriers and catch.com to get updates whether I will ever receive this delivery and if not, when I will get the refund. I will never use either service again, the customer service was been very bad.

I found a scanpan cookware set on their website that was a lot cheaper than others. I hadn’t heard of Catch before so decided to give them a go.

So happy I did! I ordered on a Saturday and they’ve just arrived the following Thursday.

I ordered perfume on sale. Next day I was told I am being refunded as out of stock but the same perfume is being sold at a dearer price.

Trainers ordered on 24th November. Money for trainers taken from my account on 24th November but no email to confirm order or order number so I have no idea if they are on order or I have been scammed out of£40/$90 ?

Hi, I missed the deliver phone call on the 17th, but I immediately sent the redelivery request on the Hunter Express website and Redelivery was Arranged for the 20th, today is 22th, and I still have not received any information about my delivery, The seller told me to contact the courier company, all I tried to contact the courier company but no one replied to my phone calls and messages, no one replied when I contacted seller either, how long will it take for me to receive my delivery

"Onepass free delivery advertised and not given."

I looked for white Crocs and came across an ad on Catch showing Onepass free delivery on that specific item. It showed the price as $59.99.
There was no size indicated and no 'priced from'.
I selected the size I wanted and the price went up by about $22.00.
Apparently, because I selected a certain size it went to a supplier who did not offer ' Onepass free delivery'.
There was no indication of this at all in the ad.
It is misrepresentation and a trap for the unwary.
If you are going to buy from these people, be wary.

Don't buy from here. No refund policy and even if you return the product faulty,they send the same product back to bleed the warranty. Absolute scum store front for Chinese companies. Shut it down

I'm so sad with the level of online retailers in Australia. Just moved back from four years in the US where everything is expedited, there are zero shipping costs and certainly no out of pocket costs to make returns.

All of which, are not entitled to the consumer with catch.com.au. Avoid moving forward, you're better to just shop direct somewhere else.
