"Order an item with 2 days to dispatch…"
Order an item with 2 days to dispatch on the 18/12/2023 and it still hasn’t been dispatched. Yes it is close to Christmas time. But don’t advertise a product if you can’t deliver what is described. Please kindly refund my money

"Ordered a product 06-12-23, Still not sent 24-12-23"
Ordered a product 06-12-23. Send email 20-12-2023 when item had still not been sent. No response by 23-12-2023 so i tried to raise a dispute to get a refund through catch on 24-12-2023. Couldn't submit dispute because "please complete recaptcha before proceeding" there is nowhere to complete the recaptcha so i can't submit. Try to "Submit an enquiry" instead. Enter the order number and email exactly as it is on my order "No Order found with given details!" Try to use the chat. All i get is the virtual assistant. Click "Talk to an agent" and all i get is "No agents available" and it goes back to the virtual BS. I've bought multiple items from catch but this will be the last time.

"Scam. Save your money."
I ordered items for Christmas based on the delivery time being by December 14. The cheap item I ordered has arrived but the main much more expensive item has not been delivered. When I have tried to track it down via my order number, it says it has been delivered. When I do it from my email, it says to be delivered 29 December to 5 January. When i try to call the Catch number it has a recording referencing its phone lines being down for a day in June. When I request a chat with Customer Service via the chat bot it says no customer service reps available. When I try the customer service email provided in Catch’s response to previous reviews, it says not a valid email. This is a huge scam.
In response to the reply - no I can’t get help via those avenues as I tried them all to no avail. I would recommend people buy elsewhere.

This is the worst company I have ever bought online from. I will never use them again.
If you have a problem they just pass to the seller and courier and have no influence over them at all.
Stay with Amazon and EBay and use PayPal forget about these terrible Australian wannabes!
Let me add to this, everything that Catch, Homfurn and their Courier have replied to me and Trust Pilot is all smoke and mirrors. According to their package tracking my parcel has been at the Sydney depot since December 8. The courier has had it for at least 2 weeks. 3 such amateurish Companies, never again.

Ordered a $495 Marc Jacob’s tote bag for my daughter for Xmas IN NOVEMBER, and they sent me a pair of men’s size 13 Skechers! What the?
Mailed them back and by the time Catch stuffed around (even accusing me of not sending it, but I had the tracking deets), they’d missed the last Xmas mail.
Never again.
1 day later: Got an email from Catch. They’d read this review and made a few points. They ..
1. Were sorry
2. Gave me a $10 credit
3. Encouraged me in light of the above to edit my review.

"PLEASE STOP USING ARAMAX & COURIER PLEASE"
I love Catch for its great sales on everything! But PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STOP USING ARAMAX AND COURIER PLEASE AS YOUR PARCEL DELIVERIES!! My parcels always get delivered to the wrong address and or my recent parcel - delivered to the wrong address and left in a place not safe to leave that the parcel has been taken and even the seller cannot get hold of the courier company - ARAMAX. The same company has also got another parcel of mine that's been sitting with them since the 5th December only for Aramax Wollongong to email me saying my parcel is not being sorted at a facility by them. What does that even mean when Aramax are the ones who picked up the parcel? PLWASE STOP USING THESE COMPANIES!

Catch as usual, promise everything, take my money and then the excuses start, it's out of our control we need you to be patient even though outside of delivery time frame. Nothing but a scam, take people's money but don't deliver

"I ordered and paid for a dvd by PayPal…"
I ordered and paid for a dvd by PayPal in early December 2023. By mid December the money has long been drawn from my account, but no order confirmation or delivery date has been forthcoming. I have been unsuccessful in trying to get a 'password change code' via email to even check if they have my order as well as my money. I think this is entirely unsatisfactory that I cannot even get a reply. I believe the company is ultimately owned by Wesfarmers. What a way to treat your customers and shame on you!
I have since had a reply via Trustpilot, whereas before my complaint here, Catch.com.au would not even accept an enquiry from me. I am an older gent and do not know about screenshots and such, just that my amount of $17 for the goods has been drawn out of my bank account via Paypal. I am not willing to enter into further correspondence about the issue, as the amount is too small for me to make a fuss about; only the principal of the issue remains, and your system has failed me, which is the first time ever with any company. I have written off the amount and consider the matter hereby concluded, more so as I now have no hope of getting the item before Christmas as intended. Regards Jim Schultz
