If you wish to part with your money and wait for weeks for delivery, Xmas passed, new year passed too,
No delivery yet, and all you do is talk to a machine.

I am happy with the service I have received from Catch.com.au; with the seller; and with the postage and delivery service.

"Catch is miss leading"

I ordered a product on Catch and several weeks later it had not been dispatched, I was advised that they had trouble with the product provider.

Once I asked for a refund they advised me that the product would be dispatched in 1 - 2 days, I advised them that if it was not dispatched in the agreed time that I would like a full refund.

I asked for a refund as they could not provide the product in the agreed time frame.

They said the money would be refunded in 3- 5 days this time has now passed and there has been no deposit made into my account.

There has been a lot of promises made with very little action.

This company is very miss leading in its advertising and communication with the consumer.

Think twice before purchasing a product solely on price, maybe spend an extra $10 and get it from the shop.

I would hate to think what would happen and how it would be handled if you had a faulty product that had been purchased from Catch.

The table was delivered a day late, so a wasted day waiting for it. No way to contact the couriers. I would be reluctant to order anything else delivered by TOLL .The table is lovely.

Catch does not work for the customer in the event of an issue. I have asked the seller to return my item and all catch does is sends out a generic response completely ignoring any points in my emails sent to them. The seller has lied or will not supply the information about the whereabouts of my unit. Catch does nothing but ignore this situation. This has been going on for about 7 months and still not resolved
