What a farce!
I have to say I have never encountered such shoddy customer service as I just have, after spending nearly 23 days awaiting the arrival of a parcel for a birthday which should have been delivered within 5-7 days and a delivery charge paid for this.
To still be chasing up a refund after many communications between three parties Catch and Ausway store on Catch.com plus the worst delivery company I have ever experienced in my life being Aramex.
After awaiting two weeks and many chasing emails between these parties, to find that the delivery company picked the items up end of November 2023 after the order was placed, but to no avail had any tracking information been updated throughout the process, no one could tell us where this package was other than sitting in a warehouse????
My continued disappointment in this service I cancelled my order for a full refund, to which I am still awaiting this process which I believe is totally unacceptable service and total lack of customer care from all three providers concerned.
22nd December I received an email stating the parcel had been found and was to be delivered that day, again total disappointment as the delivery company made no effort to delivery to the address provided but dropped the package of some 18kg to a convenience store away from the delivery address, left no calling card or any messages but conveniently updated the tracking advising it had been delivered there as no one was home time 8.52 am of which we were sat at home waiting patiently. In utter disbelief of this total poppycock affair, all companies were again informed this was not acceptable and it was down to them to resolve the matter as urgent.
So as I write this as at the 3rd January 2024 I am still awaiting a full refund and apology for such an utter disgraceful service and serious lack of customer care, which caused us sheer inconvenience and time issues as had to sort other avenues out for that special event. Time, money and patience have been pushed to limits by these companies. In today’s society of next day delivery this is outrageous standard and I will be taking it further.

We purchased 4 items with Catch.com.au. December 1 2023. 3 Items arrived within 2 weeks with different. arrival days. One item which cost me $170 on special usually $189, has not arrived. Its been 27 days! I keep getting different responses to why the item hasn't arrived. Each time I write to them they seem to have a generic response "We appreciate your patience" when I am no being patient at all and I am very stressed as I would like a refund. They keep telling me my item is in transit and arriving before Christmas, (WHICH IT DIDN'T!), and then we had to go interstate and now they are saying if it does arrive, send back to us, or if no one is home, courier will take back and once we get item back we will give you a refund. Why should the customer be punished for their incompetence in the people they use for delivery? - That means they want me to wait another 1-2 months to get my refund?? This is not customer service and I am truly taking this to consumer affairs and they will have to retrieve my refund as Catch.com.au are on a robot mode - they are not listening at all to the customer! I truly WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CATCH.COM.AU!! SO FAR THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY AND I HAVE NO ITEM OR REFUND!
