Ist eine Katastrophe Bei der ersten Bestellung, die ich bekommen habe, sind die Kleider zu groß, ich kann sie nicht zurückschicken. Bei der zweiten Bestellung habe ich das Kleid nie bekommen, ich muss die Rechnung bezahlen. Niemand antwortet auf meine unzähligen E-Mails geschrieben.

"Unreliable & Misleading"
Catch / AAH Corporation said item would be dispatched within 2 days and I received a notification that it was.
3 weeks later, no tracking number, nothing.
I contacted them and got the usual apology but this part of the apology was just ridiculous:
‘As a token of our apology, we have initiated a full refund for the total amount of your purchase.’
That is not a definition of a token! That’s my money!!
Yet it’s now over a week since their token offer and no refund in sight!
Umm unreliable, misleading & downright unacceptable!
Won’t buy from AAH Corporation or Catch again!

"HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!! PATHETIC STAFF!!! DODGY COMPANY!!!"
I bought a gas lift double bed via their website in Jan. It was delivered on time but when we opened the boxes, we found some serious assembly issues and we immediately reported the issues by creating a video showing the issues and requested for an immediate return and refund.
However, they have been very uncooperative since the day I submitted the return request. I called, messaged and emailed them 1000s of times but didn't get much help because all their staff seem to be completely illiterate, dumb, rude, arrogant and unprofessional!!! I strongly believe that don't understand English much, especially looking at their responses because they can't even comprehend any emails and messages.
They made the issue worse by lying to the courier company that I'd already sent the package back which delayed the whole thing significantly. It took me more than a month to get this rubbish bed picked up from my place after all the calls, emails and messages continuously for a month. Had I not put so much effort and energy into sending it back, it wouldn't have been picked up ever!!! All the parties involved in this matter i.e. Catch.com.au, the seller (Daily Plaza) and the courier company (Hunter Express) have been extremely pathetic through the whole process of returning the package.
The seller (Daily Plaza) and the courier company (Hunter Express) were also pretty terrible with horrendous communication. They kept delaying the pickup for over a month and the Catch staff was equally responsible for this blunder. Their staff also seem to be completely illiterate, dumb, rude, arrogant and unprofessional.

I preferred and paid for Christian Dior Fahrenheit EDT. A kettle was delivered.
This is pure fraud. Catch is saying “not my fault” as it is a Marketplace purchase.
Well I am calling fraud. They are the retailer. My contract is with Catch.

"customer service outstanding"
Well, I didn't receive whole product from seller. I contacted catch and was surprised how quickly they responded, and kept communication on my behalf. I today received rest of the product I ordered ( green house). The communication was outstanding and support. I don't know yet how good product is but I can only say huge thanks to support team. If not for anything else I would recommend customer service! I read some bad reviews here...people confusing Catch customers support with sellers. Unfortunately many sellers might not be up to good service, but Catch does anything possible to help to resolve issue. Just remember it is platform that helps sellers to showcase their product and sell. They only can do their best. And in my case they did exactly the best. Lucky the seller was very responsive too. Yet sometimes they might not be. If you give review with bad delivery etc, give to seller not Catch ...if seller wasn't done right thing and from what I seen customer service is absolutely outstanding.

"Still waiting for notification of delivery"
I ordered an item to be sent to my son on 22nd January to be despatched in 1 business day - it’s been sitting ready for collection for 5 days and nothing. Can’t track it, when I try to see what’s happening get an error message and it’s impossible to contact Catch.
Would never use them again and suggest anyone thinking about using them - don’t!
