"Decent marketplace, questionable sellers"
I had an issue with a seller who refused to compensate me for return postage of a faulty item. Catch offered me store credit for the amount that I paid, which was a nice gesture on their behalf, although I would have liked to see disciplinary action taken by Catch. As with any marketplace, they are only as good as the sellers that are using them.

Catch has been very reliable since I joined. I have ordered many (15) items in less than 12 months. Everything has arrived quickly and in excellent condition, except for one item only, whereby a 3rd party logistics company has caused an unnecessary delivery delay. However, Catch's customer service team are amazing and helpful. That's why they're 5 stars.

Terrible when it comes to sending items purchased takes forever to arrive not the first time delivery has taken forever. I have received items from overseas ordered after the catch order and I have received them yet still waiting for catch order. Last time I’m using this site

"AVOID FRAUDULANTLY selling items they do not have!"
As a new customer to Catch you would expect good service. However already nothing but issues from them. ADVERTISE 2-3 business days for dispatch purchased on 21st Mar 2024 only to send email extending the time , NOW after ringing them they HAVE NOT GOT PRODUCT THEY ADVERTISE FRUADULANTLY taking money from customers Catch-connect is ITEM IN QUESTION. THEN can't refund for upto 7 days BUT MONEY IS TAKEN FROM ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY!

"Bad Returns policy"
Low rating based on the returns policy alone. I accidentally ordered the wrong product and when I got in touch they said the only way to get my money back was to send it back at my own expense. Considering it’s a wardrobe that would cost me likely more than the value of the product. Absolutely regret ever considering this company. Should have bought the exact same product which was available on Big W.

Ordered a perfume for my partners birthday at the start of march. Was lead to believe it would be here by now as delivery was expected by 18-20th nothing as of yet and birthday is the 25th. Probably won’t order from here again.
