I placed an order today (26.11.22) for two items which both showed as in stock and ships within 2-3 business days. However the email confirmation came in showing the expected delivery was 11th Feb 2023! I'm hoping this is just a technical glitch as I paid extra for express delivery

I placed my order on the 17th of November 2022 and it arrived today 22nd of November and it was fast and the packaging was great as well
This is a Christmas present for someone and l am thinking of buying another one for myself as well

"From bad to worse, I won't ever shop here again"
I ordered a square rug as advertised on Catch's site on September 27th. Not only did the delivery driver not deliver on the day they said they would (October 4th), but then without any notification or follow-up they just left the item outside my property the following day (October 5th), whilst I was out. Immediately when I got home and saw the item, I could see through the packaging that the rug was round and not square. On October 5th I initiated a returns request with Catch.
Because of the issues with the delivery driver, the item was never marked in my online account as 'delivered' and so therefore, I could not request a return online. I was forced to email a customer service representative and request a return that way.
However, Catch's customer service response has been so incredibly slow. Each time they reply to me they just tell me they're waiting for their supplier to respond to them. It is now November 21st and I am still going round and round in circles trying to explain why I want to return the item and only now have I been told I'm outside their 30day return policy window. Surely if you're that slow to reply to a request, a 30 day window cannot apply? This is utterly ridiculous of Catch. If you're imposing a 30-day returns window, the window to respond to a returns request cannot be 47 days - that simply does not add up.
I will never shop at catch again, this whole experience has been awful from start to finish. I would recommend to anyone else reading this, if you are contemplating purchasing something from catch online, do so in the knowledge that the items they advertise on their site are not what they will send you and if you did ever want to request a return - the process is awful, long & not guaranteed. You're better off buying from somewhere else. Amazon has a great returns policy - or buy online at Myer, where you can return in store for free? Honestly, anywhere but Catch....

They retain your card details with no option to remove without providing another card. I recently had a break into my account and Karka Queiroga from Olympic village Sydney had ordered themselves a coffee machine on my account and therefore on my card - CATCH not only ignored my online advice that the transaction was fraudulent until 2 days later on a Sunday evening via auto response, when I followed up with a phone call on the Monday morning it was all too late and the item had been delivered - no checks, delivered 800kms from where I live. Catch claim the security breach is not theirs if someone guesses my account login details and to contact my bank to dispute the transaction - I’ve had to cancel the card and dispute through the bank - IF CATCH DID NOT COMPULSORILY STORE CRCARD DETAILS THE FRAUD WOULD NEVER HAD HAPPENED. Do not transact business with a company that offers no security support to customers - finally, perhaps they might have taken a minute to appreciate a good customer buying history before staining their reputation and customer relations over a $162.00 fraud - fools

Two weeks ago I paid for an item that was listed in stock. I was told it had been dispatched to me. I’ve waited patiently for the item and followed up with customer service on a number of attempts. Today two weeks later after another phone call sitting in the queue, I’m told sorry but your item is now not in stock so we can’t send it to you. We will refund you. Im not happy with that. I bought the item in good faith that I would receive it. I’m pretty angry as they charged my card without having a product to send me. That money could have been spent somewhere else and I could have found the product somewhere else. Or the money could have been in my bank getting interest. I’m most upset that they never told me that I they were never going to send to me. They were just going to keep me waiting forever? I thought it was illegal to charge money as a company and not send or notify that they will not be sending a product. Does anyone have any experience or advice about this. Should I just do a chargeback on my credit card? Will that be effective?
