Tracking service is not such. Said my item was ‘Dispatched’ and ‘ on the way’ on December 14 nothing has arrived and when I asked, they said they should receive it by January 17! Totally illogical and lies. No one knows what to say and the tracking system clearly just a placebo.
And it still has not arrived. January 19.

Well, that turned out to be untrue. I now don't have a present to give to my Nephew on Christmas Day.

"No reply - no service."
Ordered a Garmin watches 23rd November 22. Both due well before Christmas. One arrived. The other (black, male watch) has not. Have asked for an update, cannot get a response. Sent a ‘are you enjoying this product’ email on 15th with a review option. Will not let me give one star. Delivery can be tricky but no reply to contact is disgraceful. Christmas missed. Thanks Catch

"Stay away with companies that do business with 4px logistics"
The table I bought from catch.com.au should have arrived before Christmas Before buying, I searched for the delivery date on the catch website. The item has been waiting in the 4px logistics warehouse for exactly 12 days. Tomorrow is Christmas and I don't need this item after tomorrow.
4PX LOGISTICS IS AUSTRALIA'S WORST transport company. Stay away from stores that do business with this logistics company

"delivered faulty product"
delivered faulty product - boots the same size one normal, the other small and no resolution on refund or return label. We called many times and were given the run around treatment with "we will escalate the problem and call you in two days" which never happens

Worst delivery/customer service. 1 moth after I placed an order, the product has not arrived. Over 3 weeks to get a refund.

I returned a pair of shoes and so account was put in credit for $10 less than purchase price. I wanted a refund. I found something online to use the credit. When I go to checkout it keeps saying they won't deliver to this postcode. I contacted the seller directly (as I had purchased from them directly before) and they said they do send. Which i knew. I have sent a message to Catch, no response. Can't use the full credit and can't get the goods I want. I will be contacting the Office of Fair Trading to get resolution.
