I purchased my products 2 weeks prior to Christmas on the guarantee of the site that I would receive before Xmas. The tracking would have to be the most useless I've seen, gives you know indication at all. When I enquired whether I would receive by Christmas no response as to if I would. Christmas Eve i went out and purchased the same 2 products so I had something to give to my sons. NOW I'm trying to get return information, I've been told my request is being looked at and that Frankly YES they used the word Frankly goods over Christmas do suffer delays and that they hope I understood :( (Mmmm maybe they shouldn't of said they could del for xmas when they couldn't)THEN when I made another enquiry I am being told the more I contact them the more my enquiry will be pushed down the line. Give me a break Catch.

A lot of 'price-gauging' goes on (conscious or not) & reporting it doesn't effect any change!!!

"Goodbye Catch - I'll never order from your website again!"
This is my second disgusting experience with Catch. This time the name of the dodgy seller is 'AUD EXPRESS STORE'. I ordered a product on 26th November 2022. It's taken 30 working days (almost 6 full weeks) and yet I haven't received the item and seller is extremely reluctant to offer refund. The seller advised it would take 3-15 working days. It's been twice than this advised timeframe and when I asked for refund, the seller keeps begging to wait longer.
I raised a dispute with Catch and it has made zero difference. This entire experience has been absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional. I have included some of the responses of the seller(in part) to give an idea of the nonsense I have had to put up with:

"Based on the policy of delivery, it takes 3-15 working days for the parcel received.
Please be patient, normally not over 15 working days. we will definitely take good care of you. "
23/12/2022 - after about 20 working days (1 week delay)
"if the address is correct the item might be kept in the local post office, cos sometimes local post office keeps the item and forgets to deliver the parcel to the recipient."
24/12/2022 - after about 20 working days (1 week delay)
"sorry for the trouble may i know have u checked with your mailbox too ?"

7/1/2023 - after about 30 working days(3 weeks delay)
Product not received, No refund, 6 weeks wasted!

Items descriptions have been very accurate. Delivery was prompt. Options of a Kmart collection was great. Overall Catch has been easy to deal with, will continue to shop on Catch.com.au.

Awful product - Todo digital photo frames - they do not work - bit of a process to get a refund but most worrying is the very obstructive and misleading information for claiming a refund for the cost of sending the products back. I am out of pocket for the $30 on SD cards which did not fit the product (recommended with the instructions) plus $22 on the freight to send them back.

Catch made my chrismas shopping so much easier because I live in a rural area with, imited shops. The only issue I found, was that it was a little hard, and confusing to look for particular items.
