both products that i ordered were not 100%.
One the colour was different and the other order to which which we ordered two of the same, were different. It's much easier to order off ebay items arrive quicker and at least you have Paypal assurance products will be 100%

Never again ....I placed an order with Black Friday sale only because I had been refunded (Not at my request) for the same item 10 days prior. . I checked and it showed 50 in stock as it still does 1pm 16/12/22 aprox. 6 minutes ago. I received an email that it had left the warehouse. A week later nothing had arrived I went online to Catch their dispatch showed it was in transit 1 week later on checking again it showed a red Circle with a red question mark inside I am assuming that it hasn't gone anywhere. I messaged a query and received an answer from "Jellie" who said she was very sad that I had not received my order my first thought was "Not half as sad as I am" and to contact id it had not been deliver in the next 10 days which i did ... No response at all.. They might get 100 of this type of message every day but the person who messages should be treated with respect as if they are the only person with a problem. Thats good business. I don't know where I am with this but I can guarantee it will never happen to be again I am done with Catch of the Day.

"Do not buy from catch"
Their customer service is awful. I purchased a faulty robot vacuum and wanted a refund. Still waiting for them to get back to me after uploading the videos as they wanted proof. Videos keep expiring without them viewing it. No response to emails. Get the same response when I call. Don’t bother buying if you want a refund because they will make you go around in circles. Not happy with the product or the service! I just want to get rid of this item and get a refund!
Edit: It's been 6 weeks and still waiting for my refund.

"Devastated - catch processed my payment, weeks later issued ‘dispatched’ notice… then admitted my order didn’t exist!? Will never get the toy my son loves… will instead only get a lousy refund."
1. Ordered off catch (a plush toy for my 5yr old that he has played with and fell in love with).
2. Waited about 4weeks then got a “dispatched” notice for the order from catch.
3. Waited around another week, then messaged via app to ask how far away delivery was.
4. Messaged via app again next day to repeat query as still no response.
5. Messaged via app again 2 days later as still no response.
6. Then this response finally came back from catch.
“Hi xxxx,
We can see that you have recently placed an order with us via the Catch website.
We would like to advise that even though your payment has been taken, no order was created within our Target system.
We have been unable to push this order through our system so we will be processing a refund back to your account via Catch. Please allow approx. 2-5 business days for the funds to show within your account.“
Man. How could THAT happen??? And all this time the “order” has showing in my catch login. Honestly the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping. My son will be devastated. I am devastated. It’s now 10 days out from Christmas, so there’s no fixing this. Why did they send the dispatched notice??? We were so excited. What a let down. Will NOT be purchasing through catch again. Telling anyone I care about to do same.

Product advertised was as it was described. Also delivered in a timely manner. I would use this company again without hesitation.

I think that many of the sellers work on the basis that the hassle of chasing undelivered low value items is too great for a percentage of their customers.
After waiting a month (I'm in WA) for delivery I was quickly offered a refund but declined stating that I required the product.
Two weeks more and several further exchanges, seller asking if I want a refund and me saying send the item.
Eventually they just gave refund.
I do not believe that there was ever any intention of sending any item.
Scam. Beware.

"Black Friday Sale Scam"
Ordered a TV on 30th November during Black Friday sales - Orders page showed that the TV was dispatched, however after chasing for 2 weeks we have been advised that it was lost by the courier. We requested a replacement and have since been advised by the Customer Service Agent that the TV is no longer in stock - despite still being able to order the same model online. This feels like a scam and Catch not wanting to fulfil the order at the sale price. I have requested that the complaint be escalated multiple times and asked for someone to phone me - with no action. Their Customer Service is poor - I have phoned the support number shown on their website 3 times and been hung up on each time after long waits. I then tried the online chat, only to be told that team doesn't have the authority to handle these type of enquiries. I have been emailing with a Senior Customer Service Agent - however his responses are slow, it would be much easier if an agent with the authority to approve a remediation would phone me.

"Misleading advertising"
Catch have resolved this issue to my satisfaction. As much as it took some time to resolve the issue (I received a full refund) I cannot thank the catch customer service person assigned to my complaint. She followed through with my complaint even though we disagreed on the nature of the purchase which was the stumbling block in resolving this issue.
I ordered a garden chair from catch and received it within 3 days. I thought what great service. I needed a queen size bed and thought why not give catch a go, what a mistake. I found a bed, the picture displayed a queen size bed however when the package arrived unbeknown to me the bed was a single. I found this out when unpacking the bed. I immediately contacted Catch and they have claimed that I changed my mind and it has been nothing but a hassle since. The website displayed a queen bed and the price of a single bed. On a very small link beside the bed was the word 'single'. I have been negotiating with the catch rep for nearly a month and getting nowhere. I do not want to use catch again based on this experience..

Ordered a wave maker for my fish tank money was taken but nothing arrived have tried to contact catch but no luck this company is a scam advise ppl not to use catch unless you want to throw your money in the bin logging a complaint with fair trade
