"Catch doesn’t honour warranties"

We bought a TV from catch. After 365 days we couldn’t get a picture on the TV just white snow.
We approached Catch the same day noting the warranty and they said that the TV was no longer in warranty. (The TV had a one year warranty)
Many phone calls later staff had no intention to honour the warranty and help.
Avoid using this company

1st time user not sure if im coming back.. Tried to order phone, setup account recived purchase cancelled email reply, tried another card same issue,called help line issue logged, was told accounts would take 1 to 2 days to get back to me..? Seems strange i cannot be transfered to accounts to sort issue. Might be easier to go elsewhere..

"False Advertising"

Unfortunately, my experience with Catch and their seller Find Sports was extremely disappointing. I would give zero stars if that was available. The Catch ad was for two bike tyres and two tubes. I received only one tyre. Upon raising my concern I was told this was an advertising error despite the fact that this ad remained on the site for several weeks after the issue was raised. Catch/Find Sports advertised the goods (offer) I accepted the offer and I paid the requested amount (consideration) - all the elements of a contract. Catch said I should go to the trouble and expense of returning the tyre. Absolutely no understanding of customer service was displayed and a fundamental lack of understanding about consumer law.

I am awaiting my order. Cannot track as apparently not available. Order has been dispatched from 26th august but cannot get any other info. Have given all info and email. No response.

Catch conpany is not reliable i think. They used Seddle delivery service and my sons 89 dollar shoes lost. The deluvery service is bullit. Lie. They still parcells. Do t trust Catch company. It is my first time i used that company and it is bullst lies . It has been a week my parcel lost. I see on tracking it says it is not appearing at all after delivery service Seddle took it.
