I ordered goods on 15/8 which were “dispatched” on the 16/8 for delivery to be collected at KMart. Despite several queries and promises of delivery product has NOT yet arrived and no update at all! Why is it 8 BUSINESS days since dispatch and there is NO update as to why there is no expected delivery time? Despite Catch responding that they are looking into this I STILL have no delivery and NO response from “customer” service. This is clearly a case of Don’t care as we have your money!!
