"Delivery not expected until 2023!"

I ordered a bicycle horn on 12 July 2022 from Catch. The order is being fulfilled by BikeFO St Kilda which has the item in stock. The order confirmation from Catch gave me an expected delivery date of 04 January 1923!! Cancelling the order is not permitted and there is no way to contact Catch.

Update: the bike horn actually arrived on 15/05/2022. This is in spite of the Catch purchase confirmation informing me that delivery was expected by Weds 4 January 2023.

"Really beautiful frame"

Really beautiful frame, part of the frame was damaged during the delivery (not by fault of the seller) and they sent me a replacement very quickly. Amazing service. Thank you.

"THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE"

Catch.com is by far the worst shopping platform online. If you're shopping with their market place, you are particularly screwed. I made purchases months ago, not only haven't I been refunded for 3 items ordered and NOT RECEIEVED, but all items have been escalated by the catch team EVERY time I have called about this matter. Over a dozen times. NOTHING IS BEING DONE. Catch is run by thieves. Their work ethic is rubbish and they treat their customers like DIRT. Don't waist your time. energy or money on them like I have. (update) I made an order on the 03/05/22 and I still have not been refunded for goods not received. That response you see there, from catch, that disputes team they mentioned is responsible for allowing this to go on for 3 months. No order received, no refund. But, hey, they will escalate the issue... What a JOKE!

"KA-BAR not worth it"

The actual order and transaction went well and the machete arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Upon proper use of the machete, however, it took severe damage that made it unusable. Again, this was during PROPER use of the tool. I will never again buy a KA-BAR product due to this. I was incredibly disappointed.

"No refund on a missing order"

A marketplace partner of catch.com.au, Domain appliances, used Toll logistics to deliver an oven. The oven has simply gone missing in action. This was desperately needed for a tenant who now has nothing to cooking with. I contacted catch.com.au and their hands seem pretty well tied. Lots of sympathetic listening but no refund. I now have no choice but to arrange a force-refund with visa card. I won't be back.

"Cheap Chinese products and poor service"

I've used Catch quite a few times over the years and was always happy with the service, quality of the products and the quick delivery. This time however, was a disaster. They now source their products through dubious companies that more or less drop ship from China. You can't contact Catch directly about the order anymore, and the seller gave me incorrect information about delivery times. Once the products arrived they weren't good quality and didn't fit my couch. The issue still hasn't been rectified. To try to return it with the least cost to me (because it didn't fit as it should have), I've had to communicate with the drop shipping company who are useless. Catch defer to the seller and so nothing gets fixed! The service I received from both Catch and the seller has been tragic. Both Catch and the drop shipper are refusing to provide a reply-paid alternative for me to send these products back. It has been going on for weeks and still not sorted. Every time I contact Catch, a different person responds who provides incorrect advice because they haven't read over the prior notes adequately. I will never shop with them again after this. Waste of time, money. There are too many other extremely good companies out there who do whatever they can to provide good service.
