Don’t use them
Spend the extra money and buy in store so you know you are getting the correct , new , safe product. They send out and then run
No after sales service and don’t care about their customer
They are cheaper but not worth the savings

The chair I purchased on catch was faulty, after over a month of trying to get a return, they just flat refused a return. I was scammed out of $170, the product is completely unusable.

I would never shop on Catch again, it's so dangerous. Imagine you open your package, it looks or performs nothing like the description and they just refuse to accept a return. It's a quick way to lose your money. It's basically a scam website.

Signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge, subscription sign up is misleading. Just figured out my account has been getting billed without my knowledge, cancelled subscription. Never using catch again, when will businesses learn they don't win customers with misleading sign ups.
