Over the years Catch has just gotten worse to the point I no longer buy from them. It's pretty rare that you'll end up with a good deal and their shipping is expensive unless you pay a subscription service to them (no thank you).
If you buy collectables be warned they love to attatch the sticker with your postal address on the boxed goods. Happened a few times when I ordered some Pokemon goods. They couldn't be saved so I had to open them up instead of keeping them sealed. I was pretty bummed.

I needed an inflatable globe for a window display in the school I work for. This was the perfect size and most importantly the perfect price. It is vibrant and eye catching and really made my display look fantastic. It has been inflated for 11 weeks now and hasn't gone down at all. I am very happy.

Received damaged goods. Not accidental damage. But damage inflicted by previous failed assembly effort. Tried to go online to initiate return. Site keeps closing down chat so can’t register complaint. Horrible experience.

Only the mirror came.
They have organised someone to pick up the mirror part for a refund but there has been 6 different days They said they would come and i have taken work off yet no one ever comes.

I have contacted consumer affairs and a lawyer as well as I will be contacting a current affair.
