"Faulty oil pump"

My son purchased this chainsaw for a Christmas present for me.
It was only in March that i ran it up.
But, the oil pump was not working.
Solomon who was my main contact in regards to arranging the repair.
I sent the saw back, Solomon kept me updated with its progress.
The courier that delivered my repaired chainsaw, threw the box over our side gate and danaged the chain break handle.
I was in contact with Solomon again and was expecting Hyundi to say, it was the courier's fault, not ours.
But no, Solomon requested a photo of the part in question and within a couple of days i received the new chain break handle.
Your customer service is excellent, even replying to my emails over the weekend !
Solomon is a credit to your company.
Also a quick thanks to Jade, who also replied to my emails in a timely manner.
Hopefully i will get a good few trouble free years now, whilst using the saw.

Having had a terrible delivery by TNT with a very damaged box and the machine not able to start when put together, Paul Jones in your after sales department was great in arranging the collection of the faulty machine and sending a replacement. He always responded quickly to emails and was very helpful through the whole process.

Very disappointed. Atrocious customer service. As a professional builder I always had enormous respect for JCB, and it is a shame that company such as this, can tarnish such a god name. It is nearly a month since I reported a problem (simple, straight forward fault) with one of the products I, regretfully, bought from this company. I was passed from person to person, five in total, every time I had to contact them, to claw any updates from them, and I am still where I was months ago. I had to by a new saw from more reputable dealer. I cannot begin to describe my frustration, wasted time and money, just because I had an audacity to get involved with this company.
