AVOID THIS COMPANY WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER RECIEVED SHOCKING! received dishonesty and argumentative rude manner customer service I purchased items i called and messaged company before hand to make sure i was ordering correct parts and was advised next day delivery if ordered by 3pm taken day of work waited in all day didnt received i called company again and was told it went out has 48 hours delivery. then both parts ordered didnt fit i made complaint got response by email from George offering 50% refund so i called company again and asked to speak to him or manager was put through to manager after explaining problems i was put on hold while he spoke to George and then manager advised he asked George to action refund and i was told this had been done and will receive in 5 days i then request to George postage labels i also didnt receive to return wrong items so i message George from Genpower letting him no i didnt receive label with no response from him since 15/5/24 so i recently messaged company again regards to 50% refund i never received as well has returns postage label i never received and George continues to be awkward and argue about matter rather then just sort problems they have caused for me and now wasting and taking up alot of my time time emailing them and calling them also wasting my phone credit waisted on multiple calls and messages and calls to them always a big cue up to 14 people and on phone for nearly hour then when get close to my turn in cue then line just go's dead i would never buy from this company again it shambles and will be reporting matter to trading standard

"You have to organise the delivery yourself …"

I ordered and paid for a relatively high value item then after waiting 10days I had to organise it all myself. Ring Genpower to find out if it had been despatched, then find the tracking number and figure out the delivery firm. Then find the delivery firms contact number, ring them, get them to find the consignment and arrange a day for delivery with them.
Then Genpower have sent me a feedback form..... you can guess what I'm going to say on it.
Not the best customer service I've experienced…..probably one of the worst

Worst Customer Service I have ever received.

Bought a spare part from this company and was advised I would get the part by today, part never arrived so I called Customer Service to get an update, soon as I told the first advisor he ended the call. Called again and exactly the same happened, soon as I said can you give me an update on my delivery call ended. 3rd time I pressed the option for them to call me back, they did call back but as soon as I said I want to track my delivery - shock call ended and they didn't call back!

Gempower, your Customer service employee's are making you look like cowboys! I for one will never buy through you again, I will never buy another Hyundai power product either because I don't deal with poor customer service

Purchased a JCB-pw15040P petrol pressure washer. Stopped working after the first use. Contacted customer service 32 days after receiving but will not refund me. Terrible after care will sell you faulty products and then not help you!

Bought a hyundai generator for a customers van worked for 20 hours and packed in working. Even though it states on the website it comes with 2 years warranty they come out with its only got 1 years warranty due to me been a business. Would never buy again bad company to deal with.
