I have looked at ur website and I believe that you are misleading us the British customer
You tell us that customer service is a priority ….
You must be thinking of a different company you own as the customer service that we ur customers get is shameful and something deceitful with different stories about your product problem.
The guarantee you offer is not worth the paper it’s written on .
How do you continue to sell faulty product to customers and then fob us all off and have us sending message after message to try and resolve are issues.
You may need to go back to basics and be honest with us your customers that your customer services sucks.
I have asked now 6 different people at ur company for me to contact you and once again a blank
Your company needs to be investigated by Hyundai as you are rubbing there good name in the mud
Now are you going to sort out my issue or I’m going to write to the MD At Hyundai

"Appalling after sales service"
Appalling after sales service.
Purchased a £700 Hyundai chipper which was faulty (it happens) and not fit for purpose. I had to fix the first issue myself (fuel leak) which they promised to pay me £45 plus VAT.
Basically, one word answers from tech support. Better help from a junior mgr who then did not follow up. I had to chase time and time again. Tried to call on 2 occasions and could not get through. Had to wait 3 weeks for a credit after sending mail upon mail and then they did not pay the addition £45 plus VAT.
Steer clear of this company as you take a risk when buying something. Sales is easy - customer service is where a company earns its stripes which leads to repeat business. There are better companies out there who actually care about their customers and not just the revenue from a sale.

"Aftersales Service or not???"
Having paid over £1,000.00 for a brand new Hyundai Pressure Washer, which has been used 4 times and now requires a new engine is ridiculous. The machine was less than a month old, when I contacted Genpower, who spent many days troubleshooting trying to get it working but to no avail. Turns out inlet valaves and cylinder heads are required etc. Come on guys, where is your customer service? It should be a replacement machine without debate.

"Disappointing after sales service"
I requested my Hyundai Petrol Mower to be returned under warranty on 12th May 2024. As the mower was only 9 months old and used on less than 10 occasions I was surprised the propulsion mechanism had failed. After a number of 'challenges' I was instructed to package and return using their supplied courier. I also had to provide photographic proof I had actually boxed the mower before they would collect. It was finally collected on 24th May and is still with them in their workshop a month later. Being the middle of 'summer' not having a lawn-mower is out of the question so i have had to purchase another because of their poor performance.

This company is dreadful avoid at all costs.
I purchased a Hyundai jet washer at the end of 2023 on the third time of using it it decided to stop working so Genpower agreed to collect and repair. Three weeks later they emailed me and advised that the machine is fixed and i would need to pay a charge for the repair, after a long battle they decided that I didn't need to pay bearing in mind this machine has a three year warranty.
Finally after another two weeks it arrives at my house, upon opening the package I notice the front fascia is cracked and broken. I report this back to Genpower who confirm that they will send replacement parts and I will do the repair meaning that I can still use the machine.
So after months and months of chasing by email I have no replacement parts and my machine looks like a second hand Ebay purchase. Finally they agreed to collect the machine and rectify the damage (even though they confirmed that they had NO spare parts !!!!!!) and after three weeks we have radio silence.
My email chain to this company now stands at 54 since first purchasing this machine.
Trying to obtain a response is like pulling teeth.
I have contacted Trading Standards who have advised me that I should now reject the unit and also advised me that this companies poor service history is known.
All this has taken so much time not to mention the the over 8 weeks when I have not had a machine to use.

"I do not recommend this company!"
I do not recommend this company. If anything goes wrong with your purchase and this company is to blame, instead of doing everything to satisfy the customer, this company will do everything to discourage you from any contact. Instead of organizing a collection for the customer, because it's not your fault, you have to buy your own packaging for which you have to pay, and you have to go to the parcel collection point, wasting your own time. Regarding the refund, I recommend paying with PayPal because they will do everything to delay the refund until eternity. Contact with anyone who answers questions is like contact with a chatbot, dehumanized with a large dose of ignorance and lack of understanding. When reading the opinions of people who have had bad experiences, the same problems arise, whether it's company policy or lack of empathy, it doesn't matter because I won't buy anything from them again. To get my money back, I had to open a case with PayPal, and after assurances that they would refund the money right away, I had to escalate the case because they stopped responding, and finally, PayPal considered the case in my favor. What a waste of time, dear founders of this company, Mrs and Mr. Lisa and Roland Llewellin, do you have any idea that a reputation takes years to build and is destroyed in the blink of an eye? But I wish you all the best. Unfortunately for you, my money will go to someone else. Cordially Maciej.

"Bought a power washer less than a year…"
Bought a power washer less than a year ago and had a faulty valve. Have been waiting over 1 month for a part. Poor customer service with limited communication. Avoid!

"Worst Customer Service"
Not even worth 1 star. Awaiting a replacement Grass Trimmer - originally ordered March 2023 but went back June 2023 and was replaced. Replacement machine failed earlier this year and was sent back 26/4/2024. Since then various communications with different people - all telling different stories until a comment on Trust Pilot resulted in agreement to send a replacement Grass Trimmer. This was confirmed by email from Akhtar Saib on 28/5/2024. To date we not received the replacement and no-one is responding to my emails. I notice on the website this particular Hyundai Grass Trimmer is out of stock, yet no-one in the AfterSales/Complaints Dept can answer my emails and tell me what is happening. Next steps will be Trading Standards

"I had a problem with my bushcutter"
I had a problem with my bushcutter. I emailed the Genpower technical team, and a lady by the name of Sanjana Sobahah has been helping me. She has sent out a replacement coil to me being delivered today! As soon as it stops raining I will replace the part and fingers crossed I can continue gardening! Thank you Sanjana!

"Excellent support"
Phone back was quick, Rukshal was polite and patient when I was being difficult. Solution video was spot on. I resolved within 10 mins of watching video.
