I wrote an email regarding a faulty item that I’d purchased and the response was brilliant from an almost instant reply from a team of people saying they would replace said item
I got another email the very next day from sanjana saying my replacement item would be dispatched as soon as it arrived with them it arrived the very next day excellent 5star service from start to finish

"Why you should never buy from Genpower"
I purchased a Hyundai chainsaw from Genpower that was faulty. I reported this to Genpower and it was the worst after sales support I have ever received. I had the faulty chainsaw and it took 32 (if I have counted correctly) communications over a month with Genpower to get the saw collected and get a refund. I even involved PayPal to help. My advice is never use this company as they can deliver and collect money but if there is a problem they are a nightmare.

I purchased a Hyundai HYMT5200X multi tool back in October 23 , I recently got it out to use & had trouble starting it (June 24) . I contacted customer services where I spoke to Poonam Shanto explaining my problem with starting my multi tool, Poonam could not of been more helpful. After carrying out all her checks with no luck starting she then arranged collection for it to go back to their workshop to be examined. With in 7 working days it had been fixed & was back with me ready to use.
It now runs & works like new all done under warranty. I can highly recommend Genpower Ltd, for their great product & especially the customer service I got from Poonham Shanto

Hi, I bought a new Hyundai lawn mower off Amazon, the machine arrived in its box undamaged however, the grass collector bin in side was damaged. The grass bin was slightly miss shaped which prevented it from fitting/connecting to the mower. I contacted Hyundai customer service regarding the damaged part. After a brief conversation with the after sales representative (Shadiya Khodabocus) who was very helpful arranged a replacement grass bin. I received the part within a couple of days. I operated my new mower today and it is an excellent piece of kit. I would definitely recommend this company and its staff are top knock.

Very good, trustfull Company.
I bought a hyundai electric lawnmower HYM3800E. This is come with 3 years warrannty. However, the motor burnt down. So i take the contact with genpower aftersale team. Sanjana was contacting me, she was very helpfull. I packed the broken lawnmower, they send a DPD pick up for it for free. Only took Couple days and the service team fix it, change the motor, and send me back on the next day, everything was free, under the warrannty. Very good Company, I can recommend to everyone. Thanks again to Sanjana and the service team. 👍
