I purchased lawnmower direct from yourselves 29/6/23, having seen detailed description on your third party distributers ( B&Q ,Sam Turners, etc. Turned out their details were incorrect, so I contacted your after sales team, spoke to Soloman Bido and agreed return and refund. Pickup arranged by you with your courier TNT/FED X . It took 3 times of failed pickups, and several calls to TNT ( whom you cant speak to a human, or get any info -Very frustrating), so I contacted your team, speaking to Soloman again who managed to resolve the issue. He was very good, and reassuring, as were other members of your team. So 5 stars to your team , but 0 stars to TNT

"Hyundai HYM40Li380P - AVOID"

I bought the Hyundai HYM40Li380P and it has been the worse decision I’ve made. A lawnmower has 2 functions, cut and collect grass and this done neither very well. On the lowest setting the mower grinds to a halt and the grass doesn’t collect, it pours out of the side.
