Had an order where the address had not properly transferred to the delivery company. Called and was delt with by Poonan Shanto who took down all the information and then contacted the delivery company. I was quickly phoned back with an update and kept informed by email till I got the delivery

Worst customer service in UK. Rude people. Tried to get my lawnmower fixed. Took days off 2 times in order get it collected. Nobody turned up. As many reviews state. Completely rubbish company. Waiting for Honda lawnmower delivered. Keep away from Hyundai

faulty ignition coil part sent DOA tried to get a replacement, fat chance request RMA deaf ears and fob off with what part number received what part no ordered proof of purchase all included in first request, email after email till you give up trying. HYUNDAI should dump this company while it still has any customer sales left loyalty left or customer test this service departments competancy.

Fighting with these morons is a futile business they have an infinite supply. Don't waste your time and money, order elsewhere, anywhere. I gave up you will too.
