The equipment was delivered by Amazon and dumped on the doorstep on inspection the battery and charger were missing.
Solomon Bido was brilliant he obtained all the details from me and organised replacement items very quickly but due to no fault of Genpower the items were a long time being delivered because of problems with Royal Mail!

Ordered a couple of gardening products - hedge trimmer and mower (Hyundai). Whilst the ordering process was seamless, the follow up phone query to find out when the products would arrive was poor. 45 minutes waiting for a call to be answered, leaving a message and not being called. I have the distinct feeling that calls are being diverted from Wales to a non European country and it ain't working I'm afraid. Why can't you employ friendly Welsh folk to look after customer queries and issues!? It's infuriating.
Poor and I won't use Genpower online ordering again I'm afraid.

The support from Solomon in customer service at Genpower was excellent. He answered my questions fully without the usual flowery reply you get from some companies. Even though I have had more than my fair share of reliabilty problems with the generators by sorting my questions quickly he has stopped my criticism of Hyundai.

I bought 62cc Hyundai Chainsaw on -/11/22 .. brilliant .. well pleased ..
until .. the brake on and off procedure became a bit iffy .. the brake would infrequently be difficult to disengage rendering the chainsaw inoperable.. but after a bit of a struggle and several swear words the brake would eventually disengage.. on the 02/08/23 after one particularly hard battle to disengage the brake I called Hyundai and spoke to a guy in Parts Dept he said it will be a fault in the brake assembly unit itself .. the good news is your covered by warranty..
I will put you thru to my colleague who will arrange a replacement unit .. then I spoke to Jade Canee who was brilliant.. I outlined the issue.. she said I had to provide a photos of the brake assembly which outwardly looked fine, chainsaw serial number which was simple and a brief note explaining the problem.. sent them as requested and got a reply the assembly unit is on the way .. week later on 09/08//23 the part arrived.. 7 days later
I think you’d have to go a long way to get better service than that.. so a big thanks to Hyundai / Genpower .. the guy in Parts Dept and of course Jade Canee ..
I’m looking to buy a compressor so I know where to come .. many thanks

Took payment but failed to email me they were out of stock on said item while I’m waiting for next day delivery but after ringing 2 days later to see why it hadn’t been dispatched I was informed it was out of stock
