"Self propelled mower"

Self propelled mower, difficult to control using this function but can be disabled. Much better performance using it as a conventional mower. Very happy with a quality product.

Although the Hyundai products may generally be good theafter sales from Genpower is worse than useless. It doesn't matter what questions you ask you get a half response that ignores what you actually asked in the first place. Whether it's simply that the respondents first language is not English so they have no clue what they are typing or whether they already have your money so just can't be bothered who knows. Tried emailing 5 times and then gave up so purchased our new generator elsewhere. Will never buy Hyundai again

I started using it today done my back garden come to do my front garden and it’s stopped working

The engine refused to start, there was no spark at the plug. It was returned to Genpower. I was assured there was stock available, and a new unit would be sent to me as soon as the defective unit was recieved by Genpower. After a few days I was emailed that no stock was available. I emailed back asking if the defective unit could be repaired and sent to me. I had no reply to this, and was then emailed again that the machine had been refunded.
