"Still waiting for my refund...wonder if…"

Still waiting for my refund...wonder if it takes as long as my placemats that haven't arrived which were ordered 28th October....

Their communciation/ customer service is easily one of the worse I can remember.

Ordered an item on 14th November, and I had to email in to find out it was delayed. Their dates kept changing for when to expect it, with nothing set.

Edit: Phil, provided more clarity and I was given a refund, and the item came more than a month late - 6th January.

Lovely items. However the Delivery cannot be left in a safe place which makes it difficult when we are out at work.

I ordered candlesticks on Nov 19th and still have not received. Money taken on same day. I have contacted several times on their ticket system, which does not work as no response within the time scales stated which range from 2 to 30 mins. I have tried contacting via telephone but it just clicks through to voicemail.

Despite decor interiors responding stating the item would be dispatched on Thursday and I would receive tracking info this has not happened. I am now seeking a full refund but this is going to be difficult as they still do not answer phone or respond to tickets.

I really didn’t want to write this poor review and have tried to be patient. I ordered two garden mirrors - total cost £212. Ordered 26/10/24 and payment taken on 28/10. I finally received the mirrors on 11/11/24 but one was broken. I made contact immediately and asked for a replacement (photos sent
Of the broken mirror).Received response to say one was being despatched. Checked in by phone on 15/11 and told again that one would be despatched. I still have not received the replacement or offer of a refund. Please sort as soon as possible!

Very poor. Had to chase repeatedly for delivery of items ordered and was given different excuses each time for why items had not been dispatched. Finally received one of the items but had to cancel the other as was still not available. Refund for that part of the order has still not been processed. Will not be ordering anything from them again.

I am so impressed with all the items I received from Decor Interiors. They were delivered fast and well packaged. The items are unique and brilliantly made and look more expensive in real life than in the photo. I am so proud of my items.

AVOID…

Ordered an item with a 3 -7 day delivery, after 10 days with no delivery, emailed to enquire when it should be expected as it was a birthday present.
No real communication from them, after another week I was told it had just been dispatched with a 2 day delivery lead time. waited another 5 days and still no item.

Finally was received nearly a month later,
So they had lied and told me it was dispatched and obviously wasn’t.

Item arrived damaged and really couldn’t be bothered to even send back as I didn’t want to waste more time trying to chase a refund

Do not order from them, customer service is 0 and you’ll spend a lot of your own time chasing them!
