My experience with customer service is outstanding. They are prompt, patient and thorough. AND they followed up to be sure everything continued working and the issue was resolved. Unlike other companies that treat customers as a burden or just another number, RingCentral makes it personalized.
Although the issues were resolved at the time, occasionally we still experience them (text messages not coming through on the phone but still come through on the computer)-no fault of customer service.

I have had wonderful support people to talk to on the phone. I am usually calling when I am really stressed out and frustrated and I appreciate that they are able to stay calm and calm me. Stay with me long enough to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed or as though my questions are unimportant.

"Literally the WORST company for…"
Literally the WORST company for customer service I have ever dealt with!!! There is NO live support from a real person who has any modicum of common sense or problem solving skills, seems like a super dumb AI is the one responding to concerns. Almost a month unable to send out SMS texts with this service with still no resolution! I would give a NEGATIVE 5 stars, if this site would allow me!

"Cant Cancel after 6 calls and hours of trying to reach someone"
Phone number given is still being called by wrong numbers at least 5 times a day after two years. The caller id is wrong and cant be changed To try to cancel its almost impossible you wait online and they never answer. This is the six time I am calling them to resolve. Alway stay from any online service that requires you to call or mail them to cancel your contract its a way of keeping you it unwanted services instead of wanting to stay because of a good product

The technical support of this company is absolutely horrible! I felt pain and anxiety anytime I needed to call. All support is abroad and they over talk every detail to exhaustion. Tech support calls could last hours for small issues. I lost money after returning desk phones that never worked properly. Software is way over complicated. Run away as fast as you possibly can. Truly, we're living in Bizarro land and the tech supports is placing you on hold and laughing. Interesting, the sales people were ALL English speakers in my home nation.

unlike other phone companies I have worked with,
the RingCentral Techs can get it done. I have had bad experiences with other phone company techs that keep you on the phone forever, only to come away with a set up I really didn't care for, or settings would change on their own.
