"Awful experience"

3 weeks after release date and still never received £700 worth of pokemon cards. Kept emailing and kept getting the same response... "we don't know when we will be able to ship them.

In the end after nearly a month after release date I cancelled my order and bought the cards somewhere else with next day delivery.

"Cancelled my order and still charged me "

I attempted to place an order at total cards multiple times throughout the day but each time the website crashed before I could pay. I eventually got to the payment process and received confirmation of my order however I then received another email saying that the order had been cancelled so I gave up and decided to shop elsewhere. I then received an email the next day giving me tracking information and I saw they had taken the money from my account I’ve tried to contact them multiple times through email phone and chat bot to get a refund as I was told the order was cancelled but no response to anything really not happy about this bad service.

"Incredibly helpful team"

I've used Total Cards many times before and each experience has been excellent, even when things did go wrong. My most recent experience involved a glitch in their system, but Ryan from their customer service team was the most helpful person, helping find a solution within 30 minutes of the stock error being spotted. They offer a huge variety of stock at great prices, I honestly cannot recommend this company enough :)

Absolutely brilliant business to purchase from. Order arrived quickly, professionally packaged and very efficiently. Both packs also included hits, including a shiny holo - a very good omen! Look forward to buying from again soon.

"After Ordering Pokemon 151"

After Ordering Pokemon 151, It took them ages to even post half my order.

After waiting months and months they didn't even send out emails to update customers on how is happening.

after keeping me waiting for ages and ages they sent a email telling me they're just gonna refund me on card and if they don't hear back from me verifying my card to process the refund. they will just forcefully put it as store credit

So i waited over what? half a year for this product to only be offered 10% till FEB 2024?

"Placed an order for a Metazoo booster…"

Placed an order for a Metazoo booster box 06/12/2021 and arrived today (09/01/2024). As you do, I ordered this and totally forgot about the order until I saw the despatched email 06/01/2024.

Reached out to Total Cards to raise a return. Explained it’s obviously arrived far later than originally promised and wanted to raise a return as I no longer want or need the item. It is also available far cheaper elsewhere too.

Total Cards refused to provide a returns label on the premise I wanted to return, rather than an issue. I understand change of mind etc can often be put onto the customer as it’s their choice, but in these circumstances (and minimal cost for a label) I expected they would’ve done the right thing and offered a label due to the 2 year plus wait to get my item.

I’ve paid for my own label to return, and it’s not exactly expensive to do, but the experience and service offered wasn’t great. Expected better.
