Will not use your firm again sent 1 birthday card and 1 Christmas card on the 12.12 to Portugal airmail still not recieved family. Members now traveling to Spain thanks for the poor service and a msg I have cancelled totally untrue thanks

The website is great and the content and prices are fab. The only worry I had was delivery took a little longer than I thought but not too long. My products came well packaged. I will definitely use this site again though.

Pre orders need Improvement.
Kept getting told “you will get it next week” but then I never got it. Weeks after release date and I was still waiting and hadn’t had an update.

Contacted customer service and they explained the suppliers let them down but even so, at least update customers. Even if you don’t have an update as to when I will get my box, at least tell me that the prior promised date wouldn’t be fulfilled
