Bizarre company ethos of only supplying spare parts to "original customers". Tried to buy 2 back up batteries for our planned tour of the Alps - a purchase of circa £1400 only to be told that as I didn't buy our bikes from them they wouldn't deal with me!! Imagine if car garages did this!!

The only saving grace is that their wacko attitude to business saved me £250 as I managed to spend my cash elsewhere.

No reason to think that my new will not last me many years. I have no doubt that should I ever have an issue, this company will do all they can to assist. I'd buy again.
