I contacted Prestige Cars after unfortunately being in an accident that wrote my car off.
Connor was beyond helpful and no question (despite the thousands I asked) was too much.
He listened to all the things I wanted, I explained my budget and he quite literally sourced me the best car.
I cannot credit Connor enough for being so helpful, the process was easy and completely stress free. I’ve already recommended Prestige/Connor to a friend and will continue to use the company for any future vehicle purchases.

"Just tried to buy a car from them but…"

Just tried to buy a car from them but the guy on the phone would not let me see the car before i buy it, would only voice note on the whatsapp messages so i could not provide screenshots seem very dodgy, shame as looked a good deal, also changes name a couple times and really poorly rated on other review sites with customers buying cars without viewing and them being awful, just avoid buying from these until you have viewed the car

Had mixed experience. Everything pre sale was great. Quick responses, all the info etc. Even got a full tank of diesel. However, Everything post sale has been not so great and slow. Unfortunately, on the day our agreed delivery time of 4pm was put back to 5.30 due to staffing. (I was told shortly after midday) Took 3 days to get post sale documents online (Receipt of sale, breakdown info, warranty info). Wrong amount of time for warranty length. I reckon good company all round, but for me, far too many admin issues and small points of details for the car, most of which they have tried to or attempted to rectify. Had the car approx 6 weeks or so.

Seen an advert pop up for a car that caught my eye. Salesman was on it straight away with strong communication however a warning for all the people who are swayed by the attractive price DO NOT part with any deposit until your finance has been approved and ALL checks have been done. I paid £250 only to be told that the application can not progress due to an initial error which was not validated by prestigecars. Raised a complaint no one gets back to you..imagine 10 people a day losing £250 deposit. Be aware very disappointed

Partner purchased a lovely car from Prestige. Communication lacked ever so slightly. Kept having to chase for refunds and took a while to settle old finance even after the car sold.

However, the car itself is lovely and a better deal than most dealerships.
