"They misled me! Avoid like the plague! "

I approached this dealership to enquire about financing a car I reserved on their website (I paid £250 reservation fee). Dan H contacted me, and took some of my details and proceeded to offer me a finance deal after checking my credit. I signed the finance agreement and thought I was good to go.

I was told the car would be delivered in 10 working days, so I paid for insurance.

Dan H called me the following day and said to me that they made an ‘error’ on their side, then proceeded to tell me that the car I paid to reserve and signed the finance agreement for was already sold. He then told me that he has other options for me, to which he then offered me A MORE EXPENSIVE car. After I refused to pay significantly more, he stopped replying to my messages.

I’ve now been left stuck with a finance agreement for a car that I don’t have, an insurance policy that I don’t need and a hard check on my credit report that has negatively impacted my credit.

Avoid this dealership! They don’t even let you see the car in person before signing.

I have hard proof of everything, and will be filing an official complaint with the dealership and the Trading Standards.

I dealt with Dan at Prestige Cars and the whole process from start to finish was smooth. Even had an issue from a supplier for a new grill and Dan communicated this well and got the grill fitted ASAP so the car could be delivered on time.
I would definitely come back to Prestige Cars for my next car in the future.

I found Prestige Cars a terrible dealership to deal with who wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy !
Not only did they very rarely return any of my phone calls of which I was forced to make many but almost all the faults I found with the car I intended to purchase from Prestige Cars still existed after 3 months on exchange day which the salesman assured me would be rectified but was not !
Only after complaining officially & legal proceedings were started some 4 months after first viewing & making payments to Prestige Cars for the initial reserve price & deposit down payments were these funds begrudging returned to me !
Totally avoid at all costs

The car l purchased operates exceptionally well and worth the price l paid for. Myself and the owner and the staff are like family so caring and helpful. I would like to encourage anyone in need of a car to get in contact with Prestige Cars. Why? The dealer is extremely rare to find. The dealer is honest and no gimmicks in the sale. Beautiful cars on site for sale, cleaned, well serviced with all the things a buyer would like to know and see. The customer service is exceptional and too much to describe. Guys keep up the good job. Nice doing business with you. Will come back again.
